I think we can safely say Teto has the most emotion out all Vocaloids, her voice is also the most intense
I can understand why you'd think that because of the recent miku/teto collabs but Teto is a completely different voice synthesizer, much better for this type of stuff though I agree.

ok so about the whole out off all vocaloids, Teto was originally a vocaloid but was planned as an april fools prank and she appears in project diva (with no songs tho ) so I refer to her as a vocaloid because of that
Teto doesn't need to be a vocaloid, she sings beautifully either way

Gonna be honest, I'm surprised nobody is mentioning Teto's growl at 3:19, it fits extremely well given the context and the song, and it sounds amazing too! This cover was an integral part of making me realize that Teto is such a good Utau, and she's been my favorite out of all the Utaus, and even the Vocaloids, for years now. Amazing cover, amazing growl, amazing everything!

Also I agree with your interpretation. I also agree that it is about a girl falling under some peer presure and has had enough of her freinds peer pressuring her. So she wants to stop it the fastest way possible which, as she thinks, is to kill herself. Hence the words "Aim a gun to my head soon to blow." Thanks for reading this.
