Today we are going to show you how to recover gold from old Nokia phones. Here we used 150 pcs mobile phones and recovered 2.93 grams of pure 24k gold!
Total 2.5kg of circuit boards including the connectors and the IC chips.
We got a lot of requests to do a video on mobile phones. So here it is.

Good work! More profit definitely like this. The only time you may reguire more nitric when dissolving gold is if your material has a good amount of base metals left consuming the nitric but other than that less chemicals means more money.

Ìs it possible to extract Gold without Nitric acid. Not only is it hard to find unless you have anything to do with chemicals or are a scientist or use it for the work you do?
@@graemeallen3679 yes, you need to learn and study different ways, watching videos doesnt count, read and join forums. But in short you have eco goldex, iodine or cyanide methods. Those dissolve the gold but not the base metals. You can use hcl and bleach to dissolve gold you recovered than drop smb or coperas. Mainy different ways, salt and vinegar will remove gold fingers and plating. Watch different videos, sreetips has lots of good videos on cheaper ways to recover and refine gold BUT LEARN More than just watching a video, this is dangerous stuff

Hello there. First you used fabric filter, then paper filter. What is the difference, can't we use paper filter in both? Thanks
The paper filter is used to catch the gold sediment.
And the fabric is used to clear the solution.

You can pre mix SMB with water than add it to drop gold, this helps trap the gases that drop the gold from solution.

I have all process don but my aqua regia solution in mistek I add urea and after smb but not total gold precipitate sir
Pour small quantity HNO3 and H2SO4 in solution again, wait 30 minute, after then urea and smb again and add water, Leave it over night.

Carbon dioxide isn't a pollutant. Naturally occurring. All trees and plants consume it during photosynthesis and emit water vapor and oxygen.

Why did You add sulfuric acid to the aqua regia??
H2SO4 makes heat in aqua regia and reaction faster.
It also will cause lead to drop out so it can be filterd off

Im pretty sure wet ashing videos aren't supposed to be allowed on yt. Even so you really need to put a safety disclaimer. People can easily get hurt with that process, like i did when first learning this stuff

@@TrinityGoldRecovery it was a freak accident. I was very new only couple of months after I started refining. I scored like nearly a kilo of bga chips.threw the backs in a beaker with sulphuric. Put it in a corelle dish on an electric burner it started expanding like a slow motion elephant toothpaste video. Stupid me reached for the control to turn the burner off. Thats when the slow motion turned into a fast eruption. Had gloves and a long sleeve shirt on but still got nasty burns on my foreams snd backs of my hands as it instantly ate through my gloves. That was nasty in itself, enough to goto the er. But wait... Theres more... Sulphuric conducts electricity very well. As soon as that foamy black crap hit me, it also hit the burner shocked the hell out of me which i got a couple more burns from... It took me well over a year before I tried it again....i got the hang of it i guess but my accident was bad, but just as easily killed me

But we don't recommend people to start this recycling business without proper knowledge of what they are dealing with.
