Great video. Two additional tips: 1) if you cook with garlic, chop the garlic first. That way you get the highest health benefits out if the garlic. The enzyme alliinase takes at least 10min to convert alliin (a sulfoxide in fresh garlic) to allicin (which is antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, beneficial for blood pressure and cholesterinlevels etc.). 2) If you work with yeast wait additional 30min, after you have finished forming the final dough. So in this case after adding the cinnamon and rolling it up. That way it will fluff up again after being squished from the rolling 😊
I’m allergic to peas, apples, hazel nuts and beans, so I have felt very limited to the amounts of vegan/vegetarian foods I can make. But I love your videos! Definitely getting some ideas on how I can use vegetables in different ways
