Thanks for this video. Our baby has reflux and has trouble burping. How soon after nursing do you recommend the burping “mountain” pose? I’m concerned being on her belly can encourage the reflux?

I don't get it, when they are on "the mountain" where do their legs go? Are they trying to stand up?
