Nah Hit's lvl 1 can be charged like Adult Gohan's until 7 bars are used. I think if you charge it with a full 7 bars and hit it raw, it's a TOD.

Goku SSJ 2M is fine IMO. He has more reach than SSB, so I think it evens out and even makes a little difference between those main two Gokus. I even believe the reach has helped me in quite a few combos.

This may get lost in the comments, but your SS Goku isn’t that bad. You can do a lot of damage mid screen and corner. Corner (2M, 5M, J5M, 2H, SD, 5M, 2H, 5M, 2H, EX 236, wait until it bounces off the 236, 5M, 5S, 5H, SD, 5M, 2H, J5M, 5H, ITK lvl 1)
