Problem is for Train Simulator Classic, there are no Australian locomotives and even if Australian locomotives are added, steam locomotives would be limited to NSWGR and licensed productions for diesel locomotives as Australia has a slight problem known as "break of gauge" which stems back to colonial times.
I would use a crane to lift it up onto a back of a truck or us a crane to lift it over to the tracks that are closed by the house and use a train to transport her to a workshop to fix her that’s my ideas ⛓️🪝🛠️🪛
Oh boy new theory time: there was a branch line running next to the house towards maybe a quarry when that quarry closed their engine was left on a siding near the branch and it was left there for years and most of the siding was pulled up as well as the branch and when they asked for the loco to be moved for a new house the owner of the loco refused to the move her and she’s sat there over since

No, this is a BR Class 17. The BR Class 14s were non-standard diesel-hydraulics, and that's why they were retired early.
