Been watching your videos past couple of days, love the content. Just be careful with the music Nintendo loves Dmca.

Yeah in my more recent videos I use royalty free music. One day these videos might get pulled down, but I hope they don’t.

Where do you get good solder? I cant seem to find decent solder since radio shaq went out of business. What is the difference between a de-soldering gun and a solder sucker? Sorry to be a pain just curious.

Desoldering gun is easier and much faster, solder sucker is a bit slow and inconvenient but does the trick. I buy kester brand solder 60/40 it’s very good a spool should last years.

Did you get inspiration for a repair channel from parts and restoration ? I noticed you commented around a month ago on his second video, and then just a week or two later boom - you started posting! Just curious, friend! Nice video!

Yes, I watch all restoration videos my biggest inspirations are the 8-bit guy and Voultar. I also, watch mymatevince, and everyone else. As for parts and restoration, I happened upon the Reddit post and I’m still curious as to how the gb cart comes out.

PunkNDisorderlyGamer right on brother, that’s cool. I just assumed because of how the time frame worked out - commented on his channel, then mere weeks later you’ve got a channel. But yeah man, very cool. I watch these repair videos just because. But I’m definitely slowly learning as I go along, too. But good stuff man, I’m certainly enjoying them.
Also, I am curious as to what game parts and restoration has on their hands that he was sent! Conclusion soon! Lol
Keep it up homie, thanks for the videos and somethin to do! Hahah!

Zach Lombardi yes also, I forgot to credit John Riggs, his videos taught me about board swaps.
As for parts and restoration, I think he may need to polish the gb pins with some brasso and use a hot air rework station to reflow the entire board. But I would check for continuity on every pin.
