Running an arch moulding in plaster

In this video we are manufacturing a decorative doorway arch moulding using a running mould. The wet plaster is applied onto the arch mould and the 'horse' is run around it to create the desired shape. Repeated layers are built up until the perfect smooth finish is achieved, at which point the plaster is allowed to set and dry before removal.
