Buzzfeed unsolved extended universe: C.C. Tinsley is fresh from faking his own death and hot on the heels of Ricky Goldsworth and his heinous organization.
Being shot in the back with his arms raised, could just mean that he was holding his hands up because he saw someone with a gun and was told to turn around by his killer...then shot
@Soh Rijin that happened to me when I went to visit my friend. I was waiting for the elevator and when it opened there was a couple going at it and we kind of awkwardly made eye contact before the guy pressed the elevator door closed. I took the stairs up instead 😅😅
The man Faith saw was smart (if he’s the killer), he probably noticed her but knew to keep collected and pretend to say goodbye in the regular fashion, as if he’s showing her there’s nothing to be worried about, just a friend visiting.
The looking back as if to say goodbye could also double as part of this facade, but also him saying goodbye once and for all to the man he had just murdered, kinda like Shane’s “That’s a wrap” thing.

Yeah, I have occasionally seen inconsistencies so while I love the series, I don't take it as stringent fact when I can help it, just more of an appetiser to make me more aware of peculiar cases or the confusing nature of our world? 🤔
@@leedent7260 tbf if they covered EVERYTHING, the video would be an hour long. I agree that sometimes they miss important info, but I feel like the generally give a good sense of each case
The man who said goodbye to Taylor must have been involved as she said that he was the one who closed the door. It occurred to me... who closes the door of someone else’s house when they leave? Surely Taylor would have done so if we were still alive
@Sarah Moore Thank you! I seriously had to pause the video at 8 minutes because I just got so sick of it. All the visuals are either too detail specific (pink nightgown) that it just seems like a freaking episode of law and order, or they're too unrelated that I can't focus on the story Ryan's telling. I love the original format, where they'll just show semi-related pictures. It's easy to remember names when you can connect them to a specific stock-photo image. And it's easy to follow the timeline because there's generally an actual timeline photo. I even tried semi-shutting my laptop and closing my eyes so I could just listen, BUT THE DAMN GUN SHOT JUST KEEPS GOING OFF LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT SCARIER BUT IT JUST KEEPS TAKING ME OUT OF THE STORY.
Sarah Moore agreed. Can we make this stop please? Just have the pics and stuff like the old days. It makes me not want to watch the vids anymore because of it.
If he had a previous family that he walked out on, wouldn’t it be likely that his adult child would be a suspect? This guy is incredibly successful and wealthy and he walked out on a family, depriving them of the same life. If a family member came over, especially an adult son, to meet him and “start a relationship,” they would obviously hug, allowing that son the opportunity to shoot him in the back. That same son would not know where his dad lived for sure, which would explain him having to ask directions, and he would likely be nervous about meeting his dad while having his murder plan in the back of his mind, which explains the nervous smoking out back. The cover up would have still happened regardless bc they wanted to protect the images of their stars and Taylor above all else, especially considering how this was the time when movie companies were not doing well during the depression and they literally couldn’t afford any bad publicity.
@@TheoryOfMan this is still a perfectly good theory, as it may well have been either a cross dressing/trans child, or a son that was not born when Taylor left the family.
O. My. God. This episode was amazing. The reannactments. The animated signatures and street and apartment scene. The black and white with pop of colour scenes. The music. The clock zooms. THE WHEEZES. THE HUGS. Okay, there's more but this is already long, I love everyone who worked on this video and you guys👌👌👌👌
Charlotte Shelby??? JEALOUS that her daughter getting taken by an older man??? as a mother shouldn’t she be actually concerned or worried that her 19 year old daughter is spending time with a 50 something man instead of getting jealous? yikes
@@KirbyCom , they were not. If anything, anyone else would have been ecstatic that their daughter was involved with an established, successful older man before she got to be an old maid.
Let’s hope that Taylor was really gay and he was actually acting like a surrogate father to Mary and there was no weird sex stuff but Shelby was jealous that he was replacing her as a parent
@Zea Alanis Well Irony could also work in this situation, as irony is when something happens that is the opposite of what was expected. A paradox is a sentence that seemingly contradicts itself or that seems unlikely, but when looked into, is true. An oxymoron is basically the same as a paradox, except the words are right next to each other, like 'bittersweet' or 'deafening silence'. Irony is more of an action or something that takes place, which could also be applied to this situation as well. Whether it is a paradox or an example of irony is up for debate. I'm not completely sure :P
I love that they say the pink garment "resembled a nightgown" like. was it? not a nightgown? it's not hard to tell what a nightgown looks like? was it shredded? what? happened?
Linda Beezy SO SWEET!! Especially since they were hugging because they were trying to shoot eachother in the back and see if tbe bullet would've hit them
Mabel and Taylor sound like a gay best friend dynamic. Mabel yelling him that she’s going out to dinner with another guy doesn’t seem like the kinda thing you’d tell a lover
I took the 'Hindu prince' line as a joke between the two, to be honest. Maybe bc I doubt she actually had dinner with a Hindu prince? It just sounds outrageous, like something you'd say jokingly. I could see her making that crazy claim to cover maybe meeting up with another woman? Crazier things have happened.
I swear every new episode that's uploaded Ryan starts to sound more and more like he's gonna explain to us that Number 15 on the list is 'Burger King Foot Lettuce'
Guys this is srsly one of the best episodes when it comes to all the reenactments, music, editing and filming aspects, GREAT JOB TO ALL THE CREW! 👏👏👏👌😁 And most importantly, the *wheeze* is back 👌😂
Despite the mother having the most motive, I just don't think she's the killer. There's just too much that doesn't make sense. 1. The fact that a man was seen (possibly acting suspicious) but nobody saw a woman 2. what the studio execs chose to take and not take. The stuff they took/didnt take doesnt make a whole lot of sense if the mom was the killer. I honestly think the idea that Taylor was gay makes the most sense. The execs would have taken anything that alluded to a man being there, and placed the nightgown to insinuate a woman was there. Somebody could have been sent to kill him, or just decided they had had enough. This would also explain why Sands was being so coy and mocking (though i dont think hes the killer). I think the killer is someone not even listed here
I'm inclined to agree. It's certainly possible that the reason the letters were never released were because he could have potentially written confidential details about his sexuality to her, which would explain why she was also so adamant about them not being a couple and people getting the "wrong idea". I'm almost positive that nightgown was planted, especially because that quote about the nightgown "probably belonging to a woman" seems off, considering that would typically be the obvious conclusion, and was probably to divert attention from his sexuality. Also, the fact that he abandoned a family fits REALLY well here. It would make sense that a gay man wouldn't want to be married to a woman. Overall, there are a lot of patterns that certainly suggest this.
@@monroerobbins7551 Oh that's a weird detail for them to leave out. Yeah if she was a literal child then the weird cringy love letters make a lot more sense. I also don't think she was the killer if she was 11...
Ryan has a soft, yet really raspy voice and It just adds that much more tension to whatever he's saying and I'm so here for it (he's really going all out with the eeriness in this one and I'm loving it haha)
He doesn’t have any fucking friends so his only thing to look forward to is instead of being with friends on the weekend, is to watch a 20minute youtube video.
Going back to the homosexuality theory- Is it possible that the man was a pissed off lover? Maybe a lover mad about Taylor’s abandoned family, or jealous over Mabel or Mary?
imagine knowing who your killer was and then everyone else not knowing and never finding out..it’s like when there’s a bad guy in a tv show and we(the viewers) know he’s bad but all the rest of the characters don’t know and it’s so frustrating...I meannn..
"Police also supposedly find a silky garment, pinkish in colour, that - quote 'resembled a nightgown'." So... you're saying they found a pink silk nightgown?
Lily Vuong "Officer we can't write nightgown! It might be a table cloath" Oh yeah makes sense XD Nah but true in crimes stuff sometimes is weirdly described
I really love that they started visualizing the murder with actors and props and stuff, makes the video a hundred times more interesting then it already is

@@antilikka yeah, true and it is all entertaining anyway and I see these as edutainment so to speak, but not outright documentaries?
@@leedent7260 A documentary by these two would be pretty awesome.
Is it bad that I can’t stop laughing at the lead detectives quoted statement “it appeared to be a night gown...it appears to belong to a women”
This day and age you never know! Some dudes like to throw on a pink nightie and a thong! More power to em ;) You go sista.
Dayrbenzie lol my brother wears a night gown
Bella Rayne yeah. Today it may not be so weird, but this is the 1920s. Things were different back then.
Legit like...
Bella Rayne k but this was almost 100 years ago not this day and age lmao
I like how Ryan was forced to say February so many times in this case
Still sounds weird when Ryan says February.
slimkt Exactlyyy
FEBS!
I thought he did better this time! But hey we all have certain words we just say differently than most!
LOL
Feh bee airy
The man who said goodbye to Taylor must have been involved as she said that he was the one who closed the door. It occurred to me... who closes the door of someone else’s house when they leave? Surely Taylor would have done so if we were still alive
The case re-enactment is amazing.
I know! I'm so proud of Zach!
I dunno. I feel like I’m in the unpopular camp where I just don’t like it.
@Sarah Moore
Thank you!
Michelle Quinn that's like saying "then just don't watch the video"
If he had a previous family that he walked out on, wouldn’t it be likely that his adult child would be a suspect? This guy is incredibly successful and wealthy and he walked out on a family, depriving them of the same life. If a family member came over, especially an adult son, to meet him and “start a relationship,” they would obviously hug, allowing that son the opportunity to shoot him in the back. That same son would not know where his dad lived for sure, which would explain him having to ask directions, and he would likely be nervous about meeting his dad while having his murder plan in the back of his mind, which explains the nervous smoking out back. The cover up would have still happened regardless bc they wanted to protect the images of their stars and Taylor above all else, especially considering how this was the time when movie companies were not doing well during the depression and they literally couldn’t afford any bad publicity.
he never had a son he only had a daughter
Plus, this was during the roaring '20s. The depression was during the '30s.
@@TheoryOfMan this is still a perfectly good theory, as it may well have been either a cross dressing/trans child, or a son that was not born when Taylor left the family.
his son could be Edward .F. Sands because he knew his real name
@Joshua BLEASDALE your rude its just my opinion
O. My.
Rr
Charlotte Shelby??? JEALOUS that her daughter getting taken by an older man??? as a mother shouldn’t she be actually concerned or worried that her 19 year old daughter is spending time with a 50 something man instead of getting jealous? yikes
Idk, this was the 20s, I don't think they were that woke back then
things were different and relationships like that were (unfortunately) still common
@@KirbyCom so moral was found in 2010s huh
A silent film star who was *VERY VOCAL*
Oxymoron much?!?
Technically it would be a paradox, but I thought about the same thing :P
@Zea Alanis Well Irony could also work in this situation, as irony is when something happens that is the opposite of what was expected. A paradox is a sentence that seemingly contradicts itself or that seems unlikely, but when looked into, is true. An oxymoron is basically the same as a paradox, except the words are right next to each other, like 'bittersweet' or 'deafening silence'. Irony is more of an action or something that takes place, which could also be applied to this situation as well. Whether it is a paradox or an example of irony is up for debate. I'm not completely sure :P
Quality role playing from Mr. Goldsworth
Im sorry but someone in the comments said that Ryan sounds like he’s talking in iambic pentameter and i cannot stop laughing now.
WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO ME
Jo Yin BRUH SAMEEEEE
Jo Yin damni like your channel header thingy with all the groups on it
Lmao
The onion that Namjoon couldn't cut thank you fellow ARMY XD
The re-enactments in these videos are always really cool!
I see that they’ve added some scene reenactments in this season. Cool.
probably because they've gotten more funding or money (idk)
MegaZazzy (W H E E Z E)
I'm sorry but I can't take Ryan seriously when he tries to say "February"
Julie Nguyen Febyeeary 😂😂😂
It sounds normal to me, honestly. I've been listening out for the word February more, though. XD
Haha finally someone who noticed that. I've been thinking that since the beginning of the series 😂😂😂
Jürgen Weber lmao no.
Fr
Can we talk about how good of a director Korndiddy is? Because this reenactment is amazing.
IS THIS DIRECTED BY ZACH???? WHAT
Viktoreia Yep! Ryan said Zach was directing it in the last Q+A
Viktoreia yep! You can check Ryan's instagram to see a short bts where Zach was in it!
I love that they say the pink garment "resembled a nightgown" like. was it? not a nightgown? it's not hard to tell what a nightgown looks like? was it shredded? what? happened?
Is it just me or is Ryan's voice a tad bit more sinister during the voice over than usual.
It's Ricky Goldsworth taking over.
Keiru XD I remember that in one of the episodes, thanks for the good laugh
XxRAYMONDxX 9997 yeah it was this one...
Yesssss
I think he's sick. Because his voice is hellavu me nasally
I am really digging the reenactments please keep doing them
Aww. That hugging moment was sweet ❤️
Linda Beezy SO SWEET!! Especially since they were hugging because they were trying to shoot eachother in the back and see if tbe bullet would've hit them
I ship it lol
Nadia Roa Exactly! It made it even more adorable.
Mabel and Taylor sound like a gay best friend dynamic. Mabel yelling him that she’s going out to dinner with another guy doesn’t seem like the kinda thing you’d tell a lover
That makes sense actually
Idk sounds like she was trying to make him jealous after being given the cold shoulder.
It absolutely DOES sound like the kinda thing you’d tell a lover (in anger, I mean) especially at that time
Both theories make sense, tbh.
Emma 😂
NO THIS IS SO TRUUUUUUUEEUUEUEUE
Best comment.
BRO YOU DONT KNOW HOW ACCURATE THIS IS
Emma I can’t stop wheezing
Guys this is srsly one of the best episodes when it comes to all the reenactments, music, editing and filming aspects, GREAT JOB TO ALL THE CREW! 👏👏👏👌😁
And most importantly,
the *wheeze* is back 👌😂
Calling your significant other “baby: “ fine
Calling your significant other “blessed baby:” weird
#logic
#IJustFoundOutWordsHaveMeaning
I even find it weird to call a significant other "baby".
it is weird man
blessed baby? what r u, a priest lmao
easy way to hide a fling in code...
I feel so bad, so many murders seem to take place in February and Ryan still can't say it, poor guy
Man, the production of these Unsolved episodes has gone way up- they've got actual actors in every episode now and everything.
Fiach Verity Somebody has a budget.
it's that sweet youtube ca$h money
I know right
Fiach Verity Yep.
Fiach Verity Was about to type that lol but yeah it's awesome. A lot of work has gone into it.
Can Ryan narrate my funeral BECAUSE THESE REENACTMENTS GOT ME *S H O O K*
Emma Lay kpop fan? hahaha lol!
Eli, they never said for them to stop saying the word.
ibl haha how can you tell
I wish people would just confess to murder when they’re in their death beds.... these unsolved mysteries are so unsettling....
ipsita mahajan and if they survive? also no one would believe them probably
U know how movies do like there’s someone dying n they say their last words.... I confess to a murder.. then dies😅
I'm going to confess to an unsolved murder on my death bed just so I'm not bored in the afterlife. It'll make things interesting for my family.
I almost spit out my drink when Shane said "oh blessed baby"
i can’t be the only one who thought the love letters were SUPER creepy.
Yes, they hide bad intentions. Wierd
Mara Marx x bad intentions? Wdym
She was apparently about actually only 11 years old, so once I think about it like that, I feel like it... might make a bit more sense.
@@monroerobbins7551 Oh that's a weird detail for them to leave out. Yeah if she was a literal child then the weird cringy love letters make a lot more sense. I also don't think she was the killer if she was 11...
Raven G, Eh, killer children are a concept that has existed for quite some time.
When your boy still can't say February
Montana Smith 🤤😍😍🤤
Ryan has a soft, yet really raspy voice and It just adds that much more tension to whatever he's saying and I'm so here for it (he's really going all out with the eeriness in this one and I'm loving it haha)
Someone needs to make a compilation of Shane and Ryan wheezing
@Ella Viaene There is one and it's like 50 ish minutes long
@Ella Viaene ua-cam.com/video/FCu-ZDeu0kQ/v-deo.html It's actually only forty minutes my bad
Why do I feel like there's a "february" in every episode
it is pronounced feb-you-ary, isn't it? have I been doing it wrong my whole life?
At least he says it correctly now
Its feb you ary
Paloma Burnham 😂my bad
Why do i feel like i see your fucking profile picture in every comment section lol
The only reason why I look forward to Fridays!!
Ishan Ali True 😂
for me its saturday
Not the weekend? You fucking loser
He doesn’t have any fucking friends so his only thing to look forward to is instead of being with friends on the weekend, is to watch a 20minute youtube video.
Trueeee
Going back to the homosexuality theory-
Is it possible that the man was a pissed off lover? Maybe a lover mad about Taylor’s abandoned family, or jealous over Mabel or Mary?
My exact thoughts.
imagine knowing who your killer was and then everyone else not knowing and never finding out..it’s like when there’s a bad guy in a tv show and we(the viewers) know he’s bad but all the rest of the characters don’t know and it’s so frustrating...I meannn..
Cheney Denoy ikr
Cheney Denoy that darling is called dramatic irony
Just like every serial killer movie in the world
Nothing better on a Friday night than a buzzfeed unsolved with a good old classic (wheeze)
I am absolutely loving the noir feels of the enactments
Nathania Chua I know! I think Zach said he directed this one
yeah, and the spots of colour in them, it really pops against the black.
The "(phone drops)" part of the transcription made me snort-laugh.
*Ryan:* "I love you, I love you, I love you." ...
"X X X X X X X X X--X." This part cracked me up.
Lexa Pavilion same😂
him reading it in his dramatic unsolved voice made me laugh
lol I was waiting for someone to comment on that😂😂
i am the only one who's really digging shane with his glasses?
Sandy Nguyen definitely not the only one but I always dig him hehe!
Don't forget the tea as well, LOL Very Old English !!! He just needs crumpets to go with.
Sandy Nguyen seems like ur not cuz there is 500+more dude and girls liking which usualy mean they agree
Sandy Nguyen No. You definitly aren't.
I feel like "hindu prince" is code for 1920s drugs
Shane's story about the Woman moaning in the elevator made me spit out my juice...🤣
Ryan: the crime, murder
Me: *fake gasp* on buzzfeed???
(Wheeze) on Buzzfeed?
"Police also supposedly find a silky garment, pinkish in colour, that - quote 'resembled a nightgown'." So... you're saying they found a pink silk nightgown?
MsJillVicious lol when men describe women things.
Lily Vuong "Officer we can't write nightgown! It might be a table cloath"
Oh yeah makes sense XD
Nah but true in crimes stuff sometimes is weirdly described
5:22 "He believes the pink nightgown belonged to a woman."
Glad we got an expert on this case.
well maybe Taylor liked to dress in a women's nightgown - who knows?
I really love that they started visualizing the murder with actors and props and stuff, makes the video a hundred times more interesting then it already is
