Yeah a side cutting boom like the ones they use to cut ditches around here! They cut one side then the bottom and they still reach across to the other side! I watch them every time they cut around here!

Hey Davon, we have kinda the same weather here in Louisiana and lots of humidity! We’re getting to those hot humid nights too, the kind I can’t stand either! Walk outside at night and the heat and humidity will take your breath away! Humidity is something I don’t think anyone gets used to! 🥵At least you have the choice to be in an air conditioned excavator cab, I usually had a choice to climb a ladder down into a tank most of my younger years! It’s so hot that you can’t wait for your shirt to get soaked with sweat and then it was cooler! But you felt like a wet rag all day long and coming up out of those tanks it felt like a quick rust of cold to eat your lunch! By the time lunch time was over you would be almost dry and then back down into the tank again! At least 15 years of that mess and I finally started welding and fitting in the fabrication shop! Lot better but it got to being hot in the shop to! Retired now and thankful but bored because I now can’t do the things I used to do, because of my work injuries throughout my life! So six of one and a half dozen of the others! Just another day!

Look for county auctions around the area or farther out, they might be getting rid of one or more.

Could you do a video of all the equipment you use for your business ? Everything from skid steers to weedeaters so someone interested in getting into this type business would have an idea of what it takes

This is a pretty cool! I’m actually debating on which brush cutter to buy. Either the MTL 36” or the RUT 36”. I just bought a 2018 Cat 303.5e2CR mini excavator. Cool video!

I personally prefer my MTL. This head has it's uses but mowing ditches is not it's strong suit in my opinion.

It sounds like that Ditches are your least favorite thing to mowe. I can see one thing. It definitely takes a to get them done. And here most of the Farmers have Big Tracker's that have a Brush cutter that hang of and over the side. That I have seen them run down a ditch in 30mins.

Side cutter attachment? Keep an eye out for state/county equiptment auctions, they have 'em. Ya wanna be there, because they get used way hard. Just sayin

Buy a summer home in the UK and work over here for the hottest months. Then rent it out for the rest of the year. A few weeks of the summer might get above 30c, high 80's low 90's but usually hovering 20-25c (68-77f)

Like the content brother. I have a Kubota u35-4 purchased used with 1600 hrs.' - 2018, I can't seem to find the sweet spot for the idle. If I idle up quarter to half throttle the controls are very jerky. Am I doing something wrong or is it the nature of the machine. after running it for hrs.' it is very annoying and seems to be rough on the machine. I only have around 100 hrs.' of seat time on an ex. Also, at times after about an hour or so the machine will idle down on its own and has no power to push dirt, have you ever had this issue with mini ex? When this happens, it is still running well it just loses power. Any help or input will be appreciated. THANKS.

In your introduction you said, "Without further adieu" . Adieu is a French word that meand "Goodbye". Without further delay" would be more appropriate and assist in regaining your credibility.

Well, if you’d spend a little more time reading and less time bitching about nothing, you’d know he said “ado” which is different than “adieu”, you pompous troll.
