Guys come on, this is Vancouver's first season, remember how bad Ottawa was for it's first two seasons before topping the table. Let them cook. But I do agree that was a pretty bad game for them.
@@Jammohe's been pretty good this year, and definitely makes fewer mistakes than last season. Seems to dribble the ball with his head up more and finds good passes more frequently. Still gets knocked off the ball really easily and won't be given the space in the MLS / in Europe than he gets here in the CPL
This announcer needs a map. The lower mainland isn’t on the western fringes of the Rocky Mountains. There’s several mountain ranges and hundreds of kms between Langley and the Rockies.
Jesus #17 for Vancouver FC had a brutal game. Don't agree with the sending off after 6 mins but I do get it: denied a very good chance on goal and made no attempt to get the ball.
@@vincentng2392 Whitecaps couldn’t give a fuck. A team of second tier player that draws dozens of people to watch them get trucked on a beautiful sunny Saturday isn’t a threat. And to answer the original question - doubtful. Burnaby maybe when they redevelop Swangard.
And that in the 5th minute. After that dive, penalty and red I decided that I don't want to watch the rest of the highlights. The refereeing was beyond abysmal.
@@johnh23z Kudos to you, brother! I generally support Canadian soccer. BUT! The referees are bad and the players know that they are bad. And there is no VAR. So the players are cheating. I've seen that in the Voyager's Cup as well. And that is very unCanadian. I am sick and tired of this bullshit.
Too bad you don’t see the bigger West stand on camera, which is out of the sun during late afternoon/evening games. If you come out to a game, instead of watching highlights, you’ll see what fans see.
@@FootyGeek1911 meh let them hate. no other team in this league other than pacific has even attempted a tifo display so what can they really say🤷♂. most of the trash talk is literal keyboard warriors 🤣
These referees are ridiculous. The first red card that changed the rest of the game was rotten to the core. The second red card initially only being a yellow shows what an idiot he was.

Still nice to play in front of people.
That red card five minutes in was baffling.
Ya, that was an awful decision.
Almost as much as the crowd.
Thats the rule. Defender was the last man between the striker and the Goalie, thats an instant red
Should have been just a straight pen. Not a red card included
@@jwalkergamingmaster9303 Still a terrible call
Why tf isn’t mussi in mls?? Guy is better than a lot of those players
He's great but a bit inconsistent. Very good player though. wouldn't want him to leave Cavs
Aye if mussi is getting recognition then this means CanPL is working to showcase talents around Canada

Way too many people use the "Rocky Mountains" as a colloquialism for any and all mountain ranges in the western part of the continent.
That's the Coastal Mountain Range
Oh well, I guess we can enjoy the view of the Rocky Mountains from our seats in Langley BC

And again the ref shines.
Wow. That was utter destruction.
Kinda tough when you're down a man for 85 minutes.
Shit early red card
Only one team entered the field. Cavalry training💪
Wow what a defeated for Vancouver
Refs love giving Cavs an unjustified man advantage
The Moose only scores bangers
Has Vancouver FC got any plans to move to Vancouver ?
Whitecaps would object.

Could move to swanguard. I don't think that the whitecaps own the rights to vancouver proper.

Great win! Go Cavs!

Vancouver is looking more and more like another FC Edmonton as the season goes on. Abysmal on the field and awful support in the stands.
Great marketing from FC “Vancouver”
