I did this on my Jeep WJ, one of the passenger lamp switches fell apart, could not find a replacement, so I got one for another year, hot glued the switch to my housing and back in business. I don't know how long it hadn't worked, I thought the bulb was blown, didn't mess with it because I ordered the LEDs.
Great Vid! I need exactly all of these bulbs because I have the same car 2009 E350. Could you send me a link to what the part numbers are for each bulb on your web site?
Can you make a video on how to put LEDs into the W212 H7? It’s very confusing with all the different clips. I am in Southern California if you would like to use my car for a demo video
I'm very confused by the term "CANbus resistor Packed LED" Why do these lights need to communicate on the vehicle data bus? Where is the host processor and controller hardware? Are they in a separate module?
CANBus equipped is a industry term. It doesnt really use the CANBus network. it just means that the LEDs have resistors to bump up the power usage on the circuit to the same level used by the halogen bulbs. This way they dont throw error codes when the computer checks. PLED Team
Yes, that is correct, the installation process shown, as well as the LED package linked in the description, is indeed compatible with your 2009 E-Class 350 4Matic.
I have a problem with the interior lamp on the back, the long lamp? does not light up, while the two sides work? do you have any idea? w212 2015 diesel.
I have linked the G Class LED products below. The installation process should be very similar to the E350 video! www.precisionled.com/shop-by-vehicle/mercedes-benz.html?cat=1047
Yes, these LEDs will indeed fit your 2015 E400 Coupe. Also, yes, our LEDs are indeed designed to dim. They will act exactly as your halogens do. They will just be much brighter with a nice LED look to them.
There are many reasons to switch from halogen to LED (including ecological). However, the main reason is simply for brighter lights, interior and exterior.
Thank you for your interest. The installation process is very similar to all vehicles. However, we do have a video for the 2008+ C-Class, which would be more suitable for your vehicle. - ua-cam.com/video/-F4ooqoEyf8/v-deo.html
the original "Orange" lights does kill the mood a bit if you're driving with someone "special" and makes the E-class interior looks a bit doll so add that bright white (or royal dip blue) to give that impression of being something classy
Thank you for your interest. The license plate replacement should be very similar to that of the rest of the lights in the vehicle. If you continue to have trouble, please, send us an email directly at help@precisionled.com with some photos, and we would be happy to further assist.
The rear interior is a bitch to install (without bending or breaking anything) I've done them all....I'm on the footwell lights. I believe they just pop out and I'm trying to remove the entire panels.
@@PrecisionLED I believe it's a saved location in the Navigation. Have you had random chimes? I finally installed the last rear dome 42mm led. Had to take that thing apart 4 times. Did all the footwells as well. Thanks for offering. After everything was perfect (updated map to 2020 version and interior and exterior was shiny/clean.......took the car out after a month and got hit by a moron whilst in a grocery store..parked in the middle of my spot. Guy denied it and I was a day away from installing a 360° camera with G feature. Pissed me off. Back driver's side is cursed. (Rear taillight chipped and thd dealership and I had to force them to replace it new. Same thing with the Nitrogen in my left rear driver's side. Valve was screwed up.....didn't hold air. They paid for that as well. Everything else is perfect, driver's side rear has had 3 external problems, not my fault or the car's. ;)
This vid helping me 9yre later! Thanks guys for the detailed video.
Glad to be able to help! Thanks for tuning in.
Extremely informative and very helpful. Thank you so much for sharing this information for the rest of us out here struggling lol

I wish that you showed rear footwell too.

What bulb is used in the rear view Mirror Map Light?
Great Vid! I need exactly all of these bulbs because I have the same car 2009 E350. Could you send me a link to what the part numbers are for each bulb on your web site?

Thank you so much for your efforts and review.
Are these the 8000k or the 6000k?
The bulbs installed in the video are the 6000K color.
As well as the red and white courtesy light on the truck lid
Are these cool white or crystal white in the video?
Can you make a video on how to put LEDs into the W212 H7? It’s very confusing with all the different clips. I am in Southern California if you would like to use my car for a demo video

now this very informative
Glad to help!
What about all the tiny lights? There are lights that light up the door handles for example. How do you change them?
These would be stock LEDs, which you cannot replace as they are soldered to a chip and board.
My car is w205 2016
Do you have any videos to exchange?
Do you have a video for the W205?
I have don everything like in the video but the foot room lights are flickering every 2 seconds. Why?
what is with the 2 LEDs in der mirror?! How can I change this????
+Boris Moslowski ua-cam.com/video/Tq6Z804Qtk4/v-deo.html

Will this LED light kit work with a 2009 E-Class 350 4Matic (sport Package)
Yes, that is correct, the installation process shown, as well as the LED package linked in the description, is indeed compatible with your 2009 E-Class 350 4Matic.
Very well put i will be buying from you very soon.

I have a problem with the interior lamp on the back, the long lamp? does not light up, while the two sides work? do you have any idea? w212 2015 diesel.
can i change the interior ambient lights?
Yes, of course, as long as they are halogen bulbs and NOT stock LEDs, then you can swap them for our LEDs.

what kind (brand) of led's did you use they seemed very bright and clear?
These are our very own PrecisionLED brand. You can find a direct product link in the description.
I've noticed that you have a yellow led strip running across the console and on the doors. Any tips or tutorials on how to do that?
We are having trouble understanding where you see this yellow LED strip. Would you be able to reference a time in the video?
@PrecisionLED He is talking about the interior LED ambiente
its part of the ambient lighting package
Your kit lists 6 map lights but I only see 2 installed. Where do the other two go?
It's 4 for the front and rear map lights, and the other 2 are for the rearview mirror dome light.
Thx buddy, I just changed the leds on my e class! Thx ahain
Thanks for tuning in!
Hey, at my glove box the lamp does not glow and I have changed the light bulb But this has not worked. Could you help me out?
The car is a Mercedes Gle 350d 2016
Maybe a burned fuse?
Hi, do you have kit to change gla class leds? and the video how to?
I have linked the G Class LED products below. The installation process should be very similar to the E350 video!
www.precisionled.com/shop-by-vehicle/mercedes-benz.html?cat=1047
You didn't change the lights in the centre overhead mirror. You know the reading lights?
These lights would be stock LEDs, which you cannot replace as they are soldered to a chip and board.
Great vid thanks
Thanks for watching!
Hi, I live in the Uk can I place the order and use it for Mercedes E 220d 2015
Of course, we ship all over the world including to the UK. You can find the direct product link for your vehicle in the description of the video.
Thanks dude
We are glad to be of assistance!
do these lights fit 2015 (facelift) E400 coupe? do these lights dim when switched off/door close like the original halos ?
Yes, these LEDs will indeed fit your 2015 E400 Coupe. Also, yes, our LEDs are indeed designed to dim. They will act exactly as your halogens do. They will just be much brighter with a nice LED look to them.
That's cool.
Thanks for watching!
Can you teach us how to on the fog lamps for the 2010 M bENZ E350
Thanks for the suggestion, we will try to do a fog install video in the future!
What is reason for changing the lamps?
There are many reasons to switch from halogen to LED (including ecological). However, the main reason is simply for brighter lights, interior and exterior.
just for the looks, the "CAN" bus wonky resistor burns energy as heat and just lowers the overall led lifespan
What kind of light is this !?
Crystal White or Cool White ??
We used the 6000k, crystal white.
Does my 2013 c300 sport light come down like that thanks
Thank you for your interest. The installation process is very similar to all vehicles. However, we do have a video for the 2008+ C-Class, which would be more suitable for your vehicle. - ua-cam.com/video/-F4ooqoEyf8/v-deo.html
did mine last week on a 2012 e350,then I found this video
Next time!
Огромное спасибо за видео.
пожалуйста!
What about the number plate bulb?
The license plate lights would be stock LED, which you cannot replace as they are soldered to a chip and board.
Where can I buy those plastic tools. Thanks
You can find there tools here: www.precisionled.com/professional-trim-tool-set-3.html
I just have one question. WHY?
the original "Orange" lights does kill the mood a bit if you're driving with someone "special" and makes the E-class interior looks a bit doll so add that bright white (or royal dip blue) to give that impression of being something classy
ScoutSpyScout
OK :-|
because the 2015 s class have 100% led's on the inside and we want to follow suite lol
ScoutSpyScout The E Class is already something classy.
you ain't got one have you oscar lol
What are the sizes?
There are actually a variety of LED sizes used in the installation video. Could you please elaborate on what light exactly are you referring to?
What size are the footwell lights?
Hey can you do that to 2003 Mercedes Benz sl500 thanks
We will keep an eye out for one here in Los Angeles for a video shoot. Subscribe for updates!
Price for all lights?
Pricing varies based on the package you order. Links are in the description box below the video!
Hello, How to change the license plate light please ?
Thank you for your interest. The license plate replacement should be very similar to that of the rest of the lights in the vehicle. If you continue to have trouble, please, send us an email directly at help@precisionled.com with some photos, and we would be happy to further assist.
PrecisionLED Thank you . I have send an email.
The rear interior is a bitch to install (without bending or breaking anything) I've done them all....I'm on the footwell lights. I believe they just pop out and I'm trying to remove the entire panels.
