A tip: maybe the milk is too cold for him. Try warming up his milk a tad bit just to take away the coldness. and also I suggest trying a regular drinking cup as some babies don't like sippy cups or even a straw cup would work too.
My daughter was born a day after your baby. They both seem to be on the same track as in speaking and sign language and all I love it. I would say if you could still pump mix your milk and half of the whole until he accepts it.

From my personal experience, my kids eat everything cuz i started giving little tastes here and there at age 3 months, and then their doctor said they could start trying softer foods around 4 months so i literally tried giving them as much things as possible for the age, and they aren’t picky at all even now at ages 4 and 2

Hey girl your doing amazing with introducing so many healthy foods! I’m glad you keep trying the milk. Research says that your suppose to keep attempting at least 15 for your child to accept it so don’t give up!

What if you try making it into a shake. Some days add a banana other days mixed berries. Just don’t add sugar. That way he is at least getting his dairy intake.

Gabby, when my babies were one years old, I give them Leche needle is one to three years old
You can try Pea or Hemp milk, they are a good source of toddler milk if you aren't wanting to do whole milk. Definitely healthier, IN MY OPINION. It is a little pricier, but in my opinion, worth it.
Also mommas when babies turn 1 they go through a phase in which they do become picky

My baby won’t eat veggies, he went to his 1 yr appointment and they told me he has low iron &’ high LED in him 😢 that he needs to eat meats and greens but he doesn’t like the texture of the meats or veggies 😢 I’m going to try you’re idea of blending everything together see if he does good with that
