Stagecoach idling bus, Driver left vehicle unattended smoking outside. Stop Fuming London!

This is another report about idling bus with its driver smoking nearby. Reported about Stagecoach drivers practice many times but still minimal effect unfortunately.
Stand Z sign clearly says:
‘DRIVERS MUST SWITCH OFF ENGINES WHILST ON STAND’
