My son, who has autism, loves Krispy kream donuts but hates exercise. We have been trying to get him to do just 5 min on our treadmill and no go so far. I’m going to use this video and hope we can get him on that treadmill. You guys are awesome!

Love this episode of Krispy Kreme donuts challenge
They hand out Krispy Kreme donuts at the Peachtree Road Race in ATL (every July 4th) and there is a pile of donuts with one bite about 50 ft away from where they hand them out. It’s normally around mile 3 and it seems like a good idea…but its not.

The zone is probably one of the most confusing diets we’ve ever tried. Also to clarify… We aren’t CFHQ. But we appreciate you’re wanting to see some content that highlights the good from eating healthy as opposed to the cons of how bad it hurts to eat a dozen donuts while running on a treadmillz
