In my opinion, Nate's lyricism is at the top of the industry. He writes all his own music, is heavily involved in production, and writes/directs his own music video. If NF puts something out it came from his mind. He's one of those rare artists. There's a line in Intro 1 that says "I am an artist look what I painted."

2023 Updated NF Journey List
🎶 This is for anyone new who may want to take the NF journey as we call it because he intertwines his music like marvel movies. All of his albums are like a connected series.
He also hides eggs in his videos which he co-directs and co-produces.
For example in his “When I Grow Up” song there were four hidden eggs in that song: 1. A black balloon by the trash cans (black balloon represents his burdens per search single) 2 In the burger joint he grabbed at receipt that had the date and time of when his song time was being released. 3. He had outcast written on his name tag in the janitor scene which references his Outcast song. 4. He had his moments album CD in car scene
Another example is in the search song he had cage in background he rapped in from his outcast song. Search single also connects to Hope. In Hope he has the “map to hope”.
The black smile you will see painted on his mouth is explained in his therapy session song.
Here is the song order:
MANSION ALBUM:
1. All I have (VIDEO)- Will connect to his Suffice single from Hope album.
2. Intro (VIDEO) (Connects to Outro)

3. Intro 3 (one of his best songs) *This connects to mansion single. Remember fear. reference. Connects to hope single

2. When I grow up (VIDEO) He pays homage to Adele. (To me he also did to snoop in opening scene with kids saying what they wanted to be when they grow up) Hidden eggs in this connects to Motto (the fan sipping the drink)

5. Nate- He mentions all his past albums.

It was to the awful article rolling stones put out because the writer was a big chance the rapper fan and was pissed NF took number one spot. Over 400 people bashed that writer in the comments lol
Chasing -demo he did with a fan. This was very nice of him to do. This also will connect to the whole theme of Clouds Mixtape.

Not to be THAT fan but NF aka Nate is so much more than just a rapper.. he can literally do it all. He writes, raps, has an incredible singing voice, produces music and music videos(mini movies) and as if that wasn’t enough the man can act his ass off as well lol. He’s just an amazingly talented *Artist* all the way around. His music is so real so relatable so versatile and is “clean but nasty” as he says lol whether you react to random songs or take the extremely long (but worth it) “nf journey” I’m gonna show up regardless soo I hope to see more #nfrealmusic 🎵🖤

I discovered NF (Nate Feuerstein) when I saw someone react to his song Mansion (first label album). He went through a lot of trauma as a child and his albums are his journey of growing, healing and finding hope. He is a very talented artist and has a way of connecting all his music together which is unique. One reactor I watch says NF is the "marvel cinematic universe of the music industry" and I love that description. As both a fan and a person, I am happy to see him reach a point in his recent album called Hope where he knows that fear and past trauma will always be a part of himself that he fights, but he is the one in control now. As a poet myself, his lyrics amaze me and so many of his songs have so much wisdom in them for someone so young (Remember This, Change, Just Like You, Prideful, Nate, Oh Lord….). I saw him live for the first time last July and it was awesome.

I don’t know where you’re going next. But at some point you definitely should check out “Real” by Nate (NF)
I would do Mansion (from his 1st album) and then Hope from his last Album. That will give you a good picture of who he is as a person and artist.
Then if you are still intrigued, you can go through the publicized journey that people post.

Worth checking out just about anything from NF. The Journey is cool and all but don't feel locked into doing it if you just want some of the best / most recent work he's done. The Clouds mix tape has some great work on it and Hope, the new album, is great.
