This isn’t really honest. The price of oil was very low during the Trump administration. Among other reasons, this resulted in a decrease of production. But because of an ever growing domestic and worldwide economy, the trajectory of production over the long term is always upward. The difference between the two administrations is that Biden came in and immediately shut down the expansion of the Keystone XL pipeline. The Biden administration has also put forth several regulations that further inhibit drilling offshore and otherwise. Under a Trump administration, we would be producing more than we currently are. The least you can do is give Biden credit for being the good Democrat you want him to be and enacting all these “progressive,” “green” policies.
