Just for clarity you shouldn't persue Jesus by your feelings but by faith so that uneasy feeling can also come from the devil watch out! Not everything comes from God but many people "me included" struggle to know or notice if some things happen in your life because of God or the devil

Yes, the Holy Spirit does give you answers, guides and comforts us as well. Here are a couple of links that better explain who the Holy Spirit is to us. I pray that it helps. It is so important to pray and talk to God on a regular basis and ask for clarity and have an intimate relationship with Him. Know Christ and He will abide in you. Then the Holy Spirit will dwell in you. I do not know where you are in your walk with God so I will just make a suggestion. Even if you have read the Bible before, I would suggest going back to three particular books and taking your time reading the scriptures. I would suggest reading the book of Genesis to know God's character from the beginning like His love, faithfulness, promises, etc. The gospel of John is good to start reading to get to know Christ. The book of Acts shows how the Holy Spirit influenced and spread to so many people in the early church and because of GOD'S gift of the Holy Spirit, many nations today are born again. Amen!

I was just asking myself this and i told God i always wanted to be a youtuber but i was afraid that starting a UA-cam career would make my relationship with God slowly fall apart. I wanna do what i love but i dont want it to get in the way of Gods will for me. If being a UA-camr isn't right then take it away. I also wish the best for everyone else out there seeing this. I hope you find your will and dont get confused like i have so many times hahaha

Praise God, He just spoke to me. One way to find out if it’s in God’s will is to just TRY first & if it’s in His will IT WILL HAPPEN (my words will not return to me void) (Faith without works is dead). If the desire is not met (hope deferred makes the heart sick but a desire fulfilled is a tree of life) at least you tried and you are one step closer to hearing God’s voice more ✝️💕
@@blackout2430 This is a tricky question. I believe the best answer would be depending on the mindset. If you are doing it out of selfish desire, that’s not Gods will, when you are searching for God’s voice, the scripture says (seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness…). Have you prayed about the situation each time you failed? Have you prayed to God that you want to give Him the control? Are you trying to complete a goal or are you trying to give God glory. First thing is first…TRUST IN THE LORD and remember Ecclesiastes 3:1. I also pray for you Numbers 6:24-26. Receive it, it’s all powerful 🥰

Do you know him about what he says to you? Could you ever see and observe any of his attitudes?Are you friends? For how long have you been getting to know each other as good friends only? What kind of talks he has with you? Did he talk to in a sexual way anytime? Be careful dear , a long distance relationship sometimes can be like a russian roulette. God bless.

I am in a state of confusion. Few days ago, I was so depressed and so worried. I was blaming God for everything that's happening. And after seeing your videos, I realised my mistake I cried and asked God for forgiveness.
Actually, I have been preparing for an entrance exam called NEET to get into a government medical school. I started preparing for this exam from the year 2018. My 1st attempt was in the year 2019 but I wasn't able to score the required marks. Then I thought to attempt once more in the year 2020. I used to pray and cry out to Jesus and would study. Just before few months of the exam, my mom and I both had a dream in the morning that I have got in admission in medical school and my mom was screaming happily that my daughter has got admission. So I thought that yes it's Jesus' will to make me a doctor because both mom and I had this dream tonight while sleeping. But unfortunately, I got distracted and was unable to give the exam in the year 2020.
Again I thought to give my exam in 2021. My exam is just after 2 months. But I am feeling a sense of uncertainty as I haven't completed my syllabus yet. I had a dream also that I didn't get the required marks to get into medical school. I don't know why I get distracted. I am so confused.
I don't know what's God plan for me. I asked Jesus that God please show me the way what should I do? As you said that we should ask God am I free to pursue a doctor degree or just a normal degree.. Similarly, I asked Jesus that should I again prepare for medical exam for the next year or should I leave this dream and go to another field..
I know God has a plan for me. But I am wondering if Jesus didn't want me to be a doctor why did my mom and me had the same dream in the night in the year 2020.
Please Sir I request you to please pray for me. I have given all my concerns and worries to Jesus. I trust in him that he will show me the right way. But please Sir can you please pray for me what should I do now? Should I again prepare for medical entrance exam or should I go to another field

Still give it a try. Rest in the confidence that delay is not denial and your God issa God of the IMPOSSIBLE! Throw uncertainty away because he who watches over you never gave us fear. Fear is a tool the devil uses to blind believers from Gods promises. You are Good enough and will do Great in that exam! Speak the promises of God and believe it. Doubt ceases our blessings because it tells God, we doubt trust him enough.
Shame the devil honey! Shame him and speak the word of God with Authority as he has given you!

Great advice. It’s challenging not knowing if something is necessarily a “no” or just a “not now”. It’s a relationship I feel would be extremely beneficial for me and her and would glorify God, but circumstances have fluctuated between us getting closer & closer together, then sometimes us distancing a bit

Hi, I was recently praying for a job to provide for my family’s needs. I am currently a stay at home mom and trying to look for a job which would help our household. I have applied in a va company and scheduled me for a client interview. I missed the interview because I have overlooked the interview invite email. Yesterday, I received a rejection email which I accepted. Then I prayed to God and guide me if it is His will for me to be a stay at home mom or a working mom? Today, around 4:43 am I received another email saying I have been shortlisted for another client interview. I got ready and prepared my formal attire while looking at my pc and waiting for the interview, I prayed if this is your will for me, I would be very happh to accept it and if not I would accept the result whole-heartedly. And just aa I finished praying and opened my eyes, the power went off and did not come back for the next 2 hrs meaning I missed the interview again. I am extremely confused right now and would really appreciate if you could enlighten me with this situation. Thank you!

Thank you, I needed this. This is actually a very good question to ask. I'm getting baptized this sunday and I want to pursue a relationship with this one girl from my church, I've been praying about for over a month. I've been waiting on God for this. You can never be too sure, right? He used that time to help me reconcile with myself, to close my past, to teach me humility, patience, waiting for His time. It was an amazing journey so far. I feel loved and happy, even if things are not going so well.
I feel like I could be single and content. I wasn't truly conviced if I like this girl or am I attracted to her. So God changed some things, shaked things up, and I've panicked I could lose this chance. I do like her, a lot, and, oh man, she's very pretty - maybe not someone I was expecting, but I decided to rip up my list and choose His list. I've planned to do this differently, but by taking me through "storm", He led me to pursue this relationship anyway. Just His way, so He could take all the glory - as it does belong to Him.

I’m seeking answers from God and He is guiding me. New work is on the horizon for me and I do not want to get confused with which work opportunity to commit to. I plan to stay and grow where I go next. However, ultimately I should not let thinking very far ahead prevent me from making what is the right decision for me now. God knows what is best for me. He knows what I need and where I belong to be the best me. 🙏
Also getting over a relationship that God did not want for me. I had to accept it and I am finding appreciation in my newness to use the growth I have in Jesus Christ. I want to keep growing. Left a job affiliated with ex..had to break ties. God is leading me to a new healthier and more peaceful way of life. Growing at 39 lol it is possible with God 🙏🙂

I don’t want to brush shoulders with all the bigwigs / big shots you know ? Just the right people so I would be able to make films from a more artistic standpoint without social commentaries / pollution from Hollywood and etc. I have heard they can be rough on Christians though in Hollywood.

Mostly i think most movies and tv shows are only exciting if human sins are included and displayed. So dunno.. may God give you wisdom. You yourself already sense those 2 wouldn't help you to pursue God's godly ways.. so maybe that's already the hint the Holy Spirit is giving you through your conscience and his sound mind?
@@ruerubox If I were to have sins occur in my shows and movies , I would show it as something not to do and have it serve as a lesson without glamorizing sin. If I were to show sin in any film or show I would have it serve a point that either 1. It leads to the complete downfall of someone or 2. They learn from whatever sin and find redemption. I would tear down any idols in my films and shows. Although it probably won’t be films and shows about god and nature , and stuff I don’t plan on making stuff that would reflect badly on me as a Christian man you know ? There’s a lot of films I want to make and if I do show the bad things of this world like profane people or anything that goes on in this world , I would make it and show it to show how people are in the world and how to not be like them and so on and so forth , and in every project here in there I would bring morality into the mix too. I also would like to do a documentary about pastors who have upcoming churches. But besides being able to help churches with that and production stuff I don’t really know what I can do with that to bring glory to his but who knows because god works in mysterious ways.

When I pray I have music or different songs come to mind and then depending on the meaning of the song I get my answer. I pray first thing in the morning and when I feel vulnerable because then I hear him clearly.

Hi Pastor Mark! I’d truly appreciate if you could give me a piece of advice:
I’m seeing this Christian girl and she had a rough childhood where her parents separated when she was young. Because of that, she and her mother had to start over financially from the bottom. She told me in the past that her mother had advised her to write a contract, when she learned that her daughter started seriously dating me. Her mother claimed that the contract will ensure that in the event that the two parties decide to part their ways in the future, there won’t be any splitting of finances but just the bodies. As if the contract can hold the couple (us) together. I was shocked when I heard that. My girlfriend said to me that she felt uneasy when her mother said this to her, and she wouldn’t do that herself. But then she also didn’t seem to be entirely convinced that her mother’s idea is biblically completely wrong either. She kept saying that she wanted to know the truth. To me, she seemed quite confused as to why I was telling her that her mother’s suggestion was very wrong. She also has a financial account that she lets her mother access and manage. When I spoke to her that if we marry each other we would have to manage finances together without a 3rd party. When she heard that she said she feels tormented to let her finances be independent from her mother, because it feels as if she’s cutting ties with her mother. What do you advise in this situation? I really love her, and she’s Christian, but we just don’t seem to understand each other very well for an issue that I think is pretty obvious as Christians, and abnormal. Thank you.
I hope you do not mind if I make a remark. The bible states that the 2 shall become one. Her mother should not be interceding in the way that she is. You are to leave your mother and father and cleave to your spouse. Has girlfriend prayed about this? Also it seems like this whole situation is being brought in by fear. There are some issues that need to be dealt with before you start talking marriage. Maybe there are also other red flags that need addressed. Dont let your love for a person blind you to things that God maybe pointing out to you. I hope this helps and if you do anything, pray and fast. Ask God to draw you closer and reveal what you may be missing and/or what you need to know.
Yes if shes a Christian then she should know if y'all get married husband comes first not mother then husband. This needs to be settled before you guys get married.
So, following your points concerning a romantic relationship:
1st - It is God's sovereign will for men to not be alone. He said to go and multiply (naturally, but of course also spiritually). You can not do that by your own. You need a partner (spiritually and naturally). His will is purity, holiness and freedom.
2nd - I sense for quite a while now, that God wants me to marry and he gave me two scriptures for that. Am I free to pursue a specific relationship which by nature would check all the boxes? I feel unsure, it is such a vulnerable thing. As things unfold, I keep praying and trusting. Rushing helps nobody and we're going to eventually work/minister together more closely. There definitely is room to explore.
3rd - I would be very open to radically accept if it works out - or not.
Whoever is reading that: Single people, this is our season to step into God ordained marriages. Receive it as a personal word (and follow AGW for more empowering content) and prepare yourself. The world desperately needs Godly marriages.

My depressed boyfriend is in a stay in clinic. He doesnt like it there and he is not getting better. He wants to move to a Christian clinic but he is lack of strength and initiate to do it so he needs someone to assist him. I have been praying that he will be moved to a Christian clinic but nothing happened. Is it not God's will for him to move to a Christian stay in clinic?
No idea . . . Keep making wise choices when it doubt
I think you should do practical steps too and not just pray. Realistically and practically point for point note and do what is needed for him to change the clinic: which Christian clinic is possible and available, call them, ask Christian clinic about availability and price / ask insurance which steps are required to do ... praying is good but testing the choices/trying what's possible in a practical way too so that you can see which door God opens and which door he closes ! And while you pursue as Mark said. the Lord will lead the way according to HIS will. We just need to act too with the Lord... you can tell him before or while you do something that God's sovereignty and authority will reign over what you're choosing to do to try out and that he shall direct your path. To be honest even if music does have big influence and impact on people, i think it's the same reason we shall not choose secular music which would attract the worldly people because the power of our fallen soul life and emotions is too big. Many times Christians fall into the trap to give more " glory " to the music itself and the people who do the music rather than putting Jesus into the main focus. Jesus says the worldly people will hate us his followers because they've hated Jesus first ...they do not know the Holy Spirit but we will know the Holy Spirit. And oftentimes I've experienced the Holy Spirit within me being offended or not accepting of music that my fallen soul likes. It may taste good to me in my flesh/soul but it doesnt taste good for the Lord in me. My soul needs more transformation into godly nature more. I've listened to & loved many Christian songs but not all are of the nature by the Holy Spirit. Too many songs just are on the soulish realm and even may attract worldly people who haven't repented and dont know God. Sure God can use everything to draw unbelievers to him.
The question is what is God's will also for you to not get entangled with things not in his will? The bible is clear : Do not love the world. The lust of the flesh/of the eyes/pride all comes from the world and isn't of the Father's nature...and honestly music also often touches these 3 things. Ask yourself and ask the Lord what kind of music does His Spirit in you want you to "create"? And if you do does it come from your fallen self/own power own wisdom, will it expose you more and satisfy your own preferences/desires for making (secular) music or does it come from God's leading/power within you through the Spirit and does it exalt and please God? Is it to God's liking & preference? The Spirit will teach us all things (1john2 i think).
I think Christian music should be firmly rooted in bible words and should also "sound" spiritual, not at all secular in my opinion. Many songs for example by Hillsong or others arent really rooted in the word. They mix their own words&wisdom in their lyrics, words which i haven't ever found in Scripture (the song Oceans for example or All for love). God also seeks those who worship Him in SPIRIT and reality. Not in a secular or full of emotional/"exciting" way. Remember Peter didnt want Jesus to suffer on the cross. It was the nature of his good soul that was speaking up. Still Jesus rebuked him and said Go behind me Satan. Music is the language of the soul. And it can be used in a deceiving way. Satan has lots of room in music to deceive God's people, after all he pretends to be an angel of "light ".. he deceives Gods people to only seek after good feelings and to think that's all there is to "worship" God when in reality they may not even know the Holy Spirit because all their focus is on a nice sounding melody, good human vocals or instruments & eventful experience = mere emotions rooted in mainly soul rather than inspired by Holy Spirit (Hebrew 4,12 God wants us to know the difference between sould and spirit), only music &emotions = dangerous for "babies"/'immature' new ones in faith. Cause the true nourishment is the Bible and the Jesus as bread of life, we can eat him in his word, practice obedience in our daily living = worshipping him in godly way not conforming to this age (Romans 12,1+2), worshipping God, giving him glory and focus =/= only music. But I'm not saying singing hymns and songs are bad. Indeed they help us to open up our hearts , to turn to God, to sing his praises. Ephesians say sing psalms and spiritual songs. Lord help us to understand which kind of songs are those?
Honestly also godless/secular/worldly music / concerts can create the same attracting atmosphere that many Christian worship bands do. What's the difference then? It's dangerous to use worldly secular methods and "just make it Christian". Our battle is a spiritual battle. We use spiritual weapons. May God give you wisdom. And may the Holy Spirit transform our taste to know God's taste in also the matter of music.
To pray rightly, you must make God your hope, stay, and all. Right prayer sees nothing substantial or worth being concerned about except God.
I feel strong urges to travel. I have free flight benefits but I don’t want it to be purposeless. Idk how or where or when. I just want to go. I need His provision and guidance. I just don’t know.
That urge to travel is definitely there for a reason. A good place to start in determining where God may be leading you is to make a list of place you have a desire to travel and then make a second list of places that people have either asked or recommended you travel. With those two list you can begin to seek God for which places He may desire you to go to fulfill and assignment He has for you. I hope that suggestion is helpful DJ Wafflez.

I´ve been having this sort of desire for quite some time now about moving to another country in the future, but I am not sure if this is just my heart tricking me or if it´s actually from God. Is there anyway that could help me understand more clearly what the will of God is regarding this matter?
Maybe : do you know brothers and sisters in the Lord in that other country with which you could meet and be strengthened in order to stay in God's ways? Will the job there help you grow in your Christian life? Does God give you peace? If you're not sure cause your heart may trick you then pray and wait until God answers you clearly. Think about the reasons why you want to move there, would they glorify God, will those reasons help you in your faith / relationship to God? and then tell each reason to God loudly in your personal prayer. Then ask and look for bible verses and have faith God will give you a clear conviction in your spirit through His Spirit on time!

My question is, can I get married if my abusive husband divorced me 20 years ago ? He abused me and my children that are now grown up. I'm a believer in Christ Jesus, my ex-husband is not a believer. My 2nd born son and I are on disability for the rest of our lives from the physical, emotional, mentally, and financial abuse of my ex-husband. I had no choice but to leave after 12 years of the abuse. I don't have a boyfriend and have been single for 6 years, but praying for a husband. Would God honor me to remarry ? I feel like a lot of people say that because they want to comfort others & don’t really know what to say at times. I think they might mean well but it leaves those hurting confused. I’m sorry for your loss. I pray that God gives you & your family His peace that surpasses all understanding & that even with the hurt, there is still love there & that his little life might have been short but was & is still meaningful.
I lost my baby sister to brain cancer. She was 1 1/2 years old. She would’ve been 10 this year. Even tho I’ll never know or understand why it happened until heaven I know that it has rooted us as a family in the lord even more and made us stronger as believers. The Lord allows stuff like this to happen to strengthen his follows. I know it happens to non believers as well and it can be used as a way to point them to the Lord. It really is sin and this fallen world that caused stuff like this and the Lord uses it for his glory and the good of his people. It’s hard, trust me I know it’s hard. Especially since I was 12 going on 13 and matured a LOT in that one year she battled cancer. But I know she isn’t suffering anymore, I know I can depend on the Lord even through the worst of it, and I’m happy that even tho I didn’t get to know her long that I still got to meet her and be her big sister. It will get better, it will take time, but it will get better. 1 Corinthians 1:14-22

Behind accidents lies mostly human failure.... in the new Earth and Heaven, in the New Jerusalem which will be God's kingdom a world without sin so to say: There will be no tears, no pain, no death no more... Sin and death and the evil in humans through the devil's works and the powers of darkness are really to be blamed for this fallen world, our fallen nature and all sicknesses/shortcomings in this world. But God doesnt want it. Jesus is the light of the world. I believe your nephew rests with Jesus now... may Jesus assure you and speak this to you himself and comfort you.

What I want is probably different than what everyone else is going through. I left an abusive marriage a year ago. I am trying to keep my son, who is 21 months old safe. I am begging God to receive full custody. My soon to be ex has denounced his faith and has joined the Freemasons cult on top of everything else. I am desperately trying to hear an answer but this is so crucial for me I am torn with my thinking process. Any insight would be appreciated
So I’ve recently began to renew my faith and belief in God. Can someone point me to the place in the Bible or anywhere I can go and ask questions to? I am praying and asking and trying to get into a habit of doing so for what my path forward should be. What I want and desire I’m not sure if is in alignment of what God wants from me. How can I better understand?
I needed something like this but I still don’t know what to do. I’m currently working on my Bachelor’s to become a teacher. I start student teaching in January 2022, but part of me also wants to get a Bachelor’s in marine biology (just because it’s something I’m passionate about), but I cannot see past student teaching. I find so many classroom things on Pinterest, but after student teaching next year, I can’t see (in my mind) what will happen. I can’t picture getting a classroom right away, but I also don’t know if I want to go to another college to pursue marine biology
I'm curious Katie, are there any courses within the Marine Biology program that you can take alongside your teaching courses? If so, that will be a good way to start exposing yourself to that subject more and accumulating credits that may be used towards a degree in Marine Biology if you decide to pursue that degree too.

So you guys can weigh in on this idea. There is someone that I really want to date. And by circumstances alone I'm pretty sure it's not God's will at this time and quite probably never. I know however God out her in my heart and she is currently one of my best friends. So I pray "God you know my heart and you know I'd love to date hey one day, but if not then I pray you will over our relationship anyway and if we are just close friends then help me grow the relationship that way and build a strong godly relationship that is in your will. I'd rather be her neighbor in heaven then focus on a few years on earth." I can pray that because I know God sees what I don't see. If it's her it would be an honor. If not then I know God has someone better that I probably haven't met yet, or if I'm destined to be single all my life then God has a plan for that too. Just because I want something dies not give me entitlement to take it, or even to pursue it. I'm better off following God's plan and focusing on what he has got me right now. The future be what it is will be here soon enough.
