Same!! I know for sure that God is calling me to ministry after I graduate this year but I’m not sure how to get started like if I should go to Bible college or not and if I need to move somewhere or stay where I am. I have so many decisions to make and it’s very overwhelming bc I don’t want to make the wrong choice. But I know God is in control and He has a plan so I’m trusting that He’s gonna open the doors.
You and I are in the same boat. I've been so unhappy with my life and career even before the pandemic but I hit a low that I had never previously encountered. I need God to guide me right now or I'm not sure I'll make it too much longer in life.
@@DJCizzle1 I am familiar with where you are right now. Pray and ask God for guidance, and He will give you the wisdom you need for the decisions you have to make. God sees you right where you are, He knows the plans He has for your life, He cares for you and He loves you. And, you know what? He's going to use EVERYTHING you're going through right now for your good. I know it doesn't seem like it, and it definitely may not feel like it, but there are no wasted moments in our lives. God uses every bit of what we go through to develop, grow, and mature us. He always has our best interests at heart. Hang in there and pray continually. Ask God to continue to give you the strength and grace you need to endure what you're going through right now. He's there with you every step of the way. It's going to be alright. I'm 16 years old and for all my life I've wanted to be a doctor. A few months ago I had to choose what will I study which decides what will I do. I asked The Holy Father for directions and I got it. The next day I realised that God gave me an outstanding skill for teaching and debating. When I went to a school trip the same week an unbelievable thing happened. My classmates that are far away from God and believe in several bad things came and started asking me questions about Christianity. They were interested and we talked for 3 hours and at the end some of them said that now it makes total sense to them. May Our God direct our path and show us where to go! Amen, Glory to God♥️
I'm in my senior year in uni and I'm studying Secondary Education majoring in Science. Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to become a doctor that's why I chose this to be my pre-med (and most probably bc God has put me here). He told me that in my current season in teaching internship, I have a platform to share the gospel to the next generation. I'm still asking God if I should go to med school or continue the teaching profession. Here's to leaning on God's understanding.

I put everything in His hands and I'm still seeking guidance from Him in every situation in my life. I only recommend becoming a doctor if you truly love it, it's God's plan for your life and you don't want to do it because of money. Trying to get rid of my sexual sin is extremely difficult. I have failed many times and thought I couldn’t do it at all, but the God told me that I was trying to do it by myself. Then this video comes up to confirm that. When we lean on God and use him as a crutch, any mountain or valley can be conquered. God bless you
It is incredibly difficult. Intrusive thoughts, sexual triggers, worldly enticements trying to pull you back in. You definitely aren't alone, and it takes courage to openly talk about it, especially in a UA-cam comment section. I deal with the same thing, as do many men. You can and will find peace when you continue to lean on God and submit yourself to Him! I tried to do it by myself too, but our minds are never sufficient! Run to Him, and quote scripture-I found so much freedom in that. Romans 12:2 🙌🏽

Keep fighting. You're doing good. I know most people say that you have to win the battle first, but it made me proud to hear you say, "I have failed many times." It touched my heart.. many give up and say it's hopeless, but you have tried "many times". The Bible says that even a wicked judge gives justice to the persistent, much less a gracious, loving God. Lean into God with everything you have, be humble, and continue in your persistence. It is his power that will finally break the plane into victory. I'm on the point of my life where in I am so unmotivated, afraid for the years ahead, sad, feeling betrayed and lonely for some reasons. Yet I accidentally clicked this video and it taught me one thing: to just lean on to the beholder of life and that is our Lord Jesus Christ.
I have definitely felt like this before. I think it helps to take action, sometimes literally just anything to get you moving forwards. It's important to also remember that you won't always feel like this. All it takes is one little step to get you moving in the right direction! I'm rooting for you!

I’m a senior in high school and I’ve been making all of these plans and decisions about my future school and career wise and non of them have been going the way i wanted. I literally laid in bed yesterday and cried wondering why nothing in my life was going right. I clicked on youtube this morning and this video popped up ans has definitely helped me. I always struggle with my relationship with God, whether it’s not praying enough or not trusting him and leaning on him. I’m only 17 and it feels like weird. This age is so strange. I’ve gone through spiritual warfare but I guess anxiety and lots of panic attacks have made me get closer spiritually and try to know myself more. So I guess things do happen for a reason. Ik im so young but I’m just tryna find my purpose in life. Idek what I’m gonna do as a career. I don’t rlly think of love as much as I used to. It’s weird. I feel weird. I still don’t know exactly what I want to do with my life either, but I’m considering becoming an Interior Architect. Just trust in God and believe that He has a plan for you. Remember, God is always with you and He will guide you through every challenge. Pray for His wisdom and guidance, and stay open to His signs and listen to His voice in your heart. When I was 17, I felt the same way and made bad choices: drinking and smoking. If I could go back I wish I would have pursued God. He is faithful and loves us no matter our failures. You're so young and have time! Cast all your cares to Him for He cares for you. He will take away depression, fear, and anxiety. I was having EXTREME anxiety. I was trying to rationalize stuff in my head. But I had this verse pop into my head “Lean not onto your own understanding, but trust in the Lord with your whole heart…”. I watched mass, then this video came after. Once I heard that verse my jaw dropped. God is real, and God is good!
God is present with you all the time - every moment you experience He is with you. Pslams 139 is the best example of His omnipresence. He is with you, He is near you constantly. We just have to be mindful of His presence and continuously call on Him throughout our day. We are never alone with God

Start praying!! Ask God and he will literally light your path. No joke! Whether you are in school or not. He will be there. He will show you the way. It's subtle it's simple, might make you nervous, you might be hesitant to but once you say yes he will make His presence known. Even in the process.
Oh how I have been there! Years ago when I felt the same, Holy Spirit whispered "how can I direct your path if your feet aren't moving?" it was a loving admonishment to keep moving and let him guide me, rather than sit paralyzed doing nothing until I'm sure. Part of faith is trusting that he WILL direct your feet, so you start walking and watching for his direction as you go, because it comes in many forms. ♥ He's got you.

God speaks to us in so many ways and I believe this video and videos before this one is him leading us in the right direction. For the past week i came to the conclusion that I didn’t want to attend church gatherings. I took distance from my Christian friends without telling them anything. My motive was “A relationship with god is more important than religion and just attending church on Sundays” and that’s totally correct. But that thought alone made me sloppy, lazy in my faith and I believe the devil lead me further astray. I picked up on my porn addiction, started gossiping about people. Started feeling full of hatred and I judged people in my head. I wasn’t blind to it. I saw my actions. To put it blatantly. I just didn’t care. I felt i was done for. “God has surely turned his back on me anyway.” Oh how i was wrong, my feet on the devil’s neck how deceiving that serpent is. I will not underestimate him no more. As I’m writing this i know God see me. My thoughts. My motives. And he sees my progress. Forever thankful, praise the lord. Amen.

I came across this video at the percent time. I am a 14 year old teenager I am Christian and I got baptized on November 21st 2021 in the name of Jesus Christ. I got baptized before I did the devil tried to stop me in many ways and my parents are also baptized and they helped me a lot. 2 days before I got baptized I asked God for a sign that I was ready and I revived the holy spirt and the day before I did too. Ever since I’ve been baptized people have told me that I have a ministry in front of me even my pastor and other pastors. I’ve been starting to lose faith because this month my life went down, I starting having panic attacks and I’ve talked to my pastor and parents about it, but when I saw this video I remembered that I have to continue praying and having faith in God because everything happens for a reason.
God works through his children to help people, I believe God has a great plan for you in your life, I am currently going through a similar thing, I am 15 and got baptized recently, God uses young people to not only inspire others but to lead others. When God calls you out of your darkness into his Holy light, through his Spirit, your bond is strong, no matter what tribulation you go through and attacks from the enemy you encounter, the promise of God remains the same, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” stay trusting that your testimony will touch hearts and I believe the Holy Spirit is putting this on my heart, and I am certain that he is telling me this. You have a great destiny ahead of you, just because you are going through troubled waters right now and you cannot see the way out and the other side, does not mean God is not with you, when everything crashes and seems to be failing, you learn that you cannot walk by your own strength, but only by the strength of God who lives within you. No matter how you feel, Gods promise does not change. God is teaching you something through this and I promise you that when you get out of this situation when it is Gods will, you will have new tools and strengths and wisdom through what God taught you through your tribulation that will set you up for the mission that God chose YOU to complete, God makes no mistakes, he knows everything is perfect detail, he did not make a mistake with choosing you. No matter what life looks like, stay faithful in God because 2 Corinthians 5:7 states “for we walk by faith, not by sight.”Remember that through the storm God strengthens us in amazing ways, nothing and I mean nothing can separate you from the Love of God and his plan for your life. I was just having a day of struggle and this was perfectly timed. I know what’s being asked of me and 90% of the time it’s getting easier and easier. But yesterday was that 10% where I was being childish and fighting it tooth and nail. God is good, his timing is perfect and he speaks clearly and loud and it was shown to me once again! Thanks Alex. God knew that they would have tribulations, Jesus told his disciples this,John 15:20-“Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also.”)They were even persecuted by their own people the Jews because of their faith. What is this world to God? Vain. In God’s eyes we are already dead to him because human life is so short compared to eternity. What you did on earth will be worthless after you die, being rich and successful won’t matter after you breathe your last breath. The apostles and followers of Jesus didn’t suffer in vain, they did it for glory in the life to come. This is why Paul wrote in his letters to his churches to hope in the coming of the Lord and the resurrection.

I'm going through a challenging and unexpected point in my life right now. I am 23 and left a rn program that I prayed for years to get in and when I finally did, I couldn't take any more and left. I feel guilt and shame because I feel like I wasted God's time, and I haven't been praying till recently because I feel afraid of what's next and I feel bad that I wasted time and, in a way, I wasted a prayer as well. I got what I wanted but it didn't work out. I feel so unsure of everything and am having trouble putting my faith in God because it's something I haven't done, but I've been watching bible study videos and am planning to join a new church (grew up Jehovah's Witness). I'm confused because I keep circling back to nursing, and I already applied to a program last minute. Everything seems so far and impossible, and I feel like I let everyone down especially God. It's hard to stop worrying, but I am determined to find God again. This video made me sob but it's very comforting and encouraging. I pray that I find a path that's right for me, even if it's not nursing. I pray for forgiveness and guidance, and a mentor because I feel so stuck and confused right now. Thank you for the video!

I really need this video. I feel so confused with my life. I just have been doing the same things over and over day by day. And it’s kind of tiring. And I have been busy to the point where I barely read my Bible and pray for a short while. I use to have more fire for God, but it’s like I’m losing it. And I think God is mad at me for not spending enough time with him. Lately I have been forgetting a lot things, even the simplest things. Look at verses on confusion or fear or anxiety, when times get busy it’s actually great to be able to slow down and spend time with God. Wow this is 2 years old.. we back slid last year and during the holidays we lost everything.(material wise) home, cars, business… husband and I understood that it’s our discipline. In the mist of the chaos we had peace and we were grateful for this experience. I rather loose all my material possessions than loosing my relationship with God. And my salvation. My husband is now in the process of getting a job In a correctional facility, and he could turn this into an opportunity to share the gospel with the inmates.. ❤❤ thinking about it this could have been his plan all along. If we hadn’t lost everything, my husband would’ve been persistent with his business. We were making decent money and were very comfortable… I think my husband evangelizing in the prison is priceless. (Or will be priceless since his still in the process) Quick side note: we were up in the air no knowing what was going to happen, or what we were going to do. Before loosing everything we were planning on moving out of the country to Central America. And that didn’t happen since we lost everything. (All for a reason)

What helps me is to know that God wants me to do well he doesn't want me to fail, he wants me to grow and prosper. I love that I came across this video. I’ve been trying to get my foot in the door of the health care field and had an interview yesterday for job that I would be really excited to pursue. But I had this feeling yesterday, of how I would be so upset and shut down for days if they didn’t offer me the position even though I’ve been praying for God to take the decision into his hands. I’ve realized that this feeling is me wanting to take the reins back from God because if this position isn’t in God’s plan and will for my life, I should have faith and not be upset but relieved that God did not allow me to go that way. It would be amazing to get the job but ultimately I just want to be able to follow the steps God is laying out for me and not those I want to follow.
You hit the nail on the head, Sometimes we tend to rush & expect God to answer how we plan out in our head, but Gods ways are far beyond our own understanding. I needed to see this & just be reminded to lean on him & just have faith that he is working behind the scenes.
Thank you Alex, this was very good. I feel like I needed to hear this. Often times I ask God to set me on the right path, to make my paths straight. I asked that of Him this very morning. But what I fail to do most times is put my own thoughts and feelings aside. Loved how you opened the video too with James 1:5. Sometimes I’m scared to ask him for things because I think I’m asking for too much. And it hinders my faith as a result. But I know God is gracious and merciful. And those are all thoughts from the enemy.

God is great! I had a tiring day and when I came back home I was so stressed and I was just worrying and asking myself why certain things were happening and what it meant and what I should do. I couldn’t even eat properly so I just got in my bed and I opened UA-cam because I knew that there was an answer for me here somewhere, because God once talked to me through youtube too. I remember praying and asking God to give me His peace and make me stop worrying and stressing. After I woke up, I looked for this video again because I started watching it like a few weeks ago and I remembered that I didn’t finish watching it. This video just spoke to me and kinda responded to my worries but that’s NOT ALL! When I opened the comment section I could relate to literally the first comment I saw and some few of them as well. A few moments before this I'd been wrestling with a few personal choices and not knowing how exactly to handle them. What I find amazing is that I had watched this video twice before this, probably last month. And it just popped back onto my feed and I though it was a new video I hadn't watched. I feel God put it here at this moment to remind me of the adventure we're on. This week, on Thursday, I had taken a step-- encouraged by the Holy Spirit, to trust in God and lay down my own 'strength' as I've been at a cross road when it comes to finding my purpose and choosing a career. This week had probably been the worst in months and at the most random time --between my study time and tutorial on campus, I chose to go to him and he renewed my Spirit and reminded me that my purpose is Jesus and only in him can God's will be fulfilled. And though I don't fully understand what that may be, I trust that he has a good plan for me and others. If only we see that the journey to trusting him is tough, but when you decide you've had enough of limiting yourself and ultimately limiting God, you find that he is always good in everything and all you need to do is lean into him and his enormous love for you. Thank you, Alex, for your wisdom and the journey you, your family and Jesus are on.❤😊
Cried my eyes out watching this. I lost my job about a month ago due to my depression and I have been feeling so lost. I don’t know what decisions to make or where to go for my employment. God sees you right where you are, He knows the plans He has for your life, He cares for you and He loves you. And, you know what? He's going to use EVERYTHING you're going through right now for your good. I know it doesn't seem like it, and it definitely may not feel like it, but there are no wasted moments in our lives. God uses every bit of what we go through to develop, grow, and mature us. He always has our best interests at heart. Hang in there and pray continually. Ask God to continue to give you the strength and grace you need to endure what you're going through right now. He's there with you every step of the way. It's going to be alright. I'm 16 years old and for all my life I've wanted to be a doctor. A few months ago I had to choose what will I study which decides what will I do. I asked The Holy Father for directions and I got it. The next day I realised that God gave me an outstanding skill for teaching and debating. When I went to a school trip the same week an unbelievable thing happened. My classmates that are far away from God and believe in several bad things came and started asking me questions about Christianity. They were interested and we talked for 3 hours and at the end some of them said that now it makes total sense to them. May Our God direct our path and show us where to go! Amen, Glory to God♥️

I'm in my senior year in uni and I'm studying Secondary Education majoring in Science. Ever since I was a kid I always wanted to become a doctor that's why I chose this to be my pre-med (and most probably bc God has put me here). He told me that in my current season in teaching internship, I have a platform to share the gospel to the next generation. I'm still asking God if I should go to med school or continue the teaching profession. Here's to leaning on God's understanding.

God showed me how to use my burning passion for His kingdom's cause and I found a great passion in teaching, preaching and living out the Word of God! Yet, with plans to become a pastor, I'll still do my school-leaving exam in biology and chemistry because maybe God can use these to minister to people in another field of life. I put everything in His hands and I'm still seeking guidance from Him in every situation in my life.
For all of you who are looking to become a doctor: God's kingdom can be expanded through every field of life. I only recommend becoming a doctor if you truly love it, it's God's plan for your life and you don't want to do it because of money. Trying to get rid of my sexual sin is extremely difficult. I have failed many times and thought I couldn’t do it at all, but the God told me that I was trying to do it by myself. It is incredibly difficult. Intrusive thoughts, sexual triggers, worldly enticements trying to pull you back in. You definitely aren't alone, and it takes courage to openly talk about it, especially in a UA-cam comment section. I deal with the same thing, as do many men. You can and will find peace when you continue to lean on God and submit yourself to Him! I tried to do it by myself too, but our minds are never sufficient! Run to Him, and quote scripture-I found so much freedom in that. Romans 12:2 🙌🏽

Keep fighting. You're doing good. I know most people say that you have to win the battle first, but it made me proud to hear you say, "I have failed many times." It touched my heart.. many give up and say it's hopeless, but you have tried "many times". The Bible says that even a wicked judge gives justice to the persistent, much less a gracious, loving God. Lean into God with everything you have, be humble, and continue in your persistence. It is his power that will finally break the plane into victory. I’m a senior in high school and I’ve been making all of these plans and decisions about my future school and career wise and non of them have been going the way i wanted. I literally laid in bed yesterday and cried wondering why nothing in my life was going right. I clicked on youtube this morning and this video popped up ans has definitely helped me. I always struggle with my relationship with God, whether it’s not praying enough or not trusting him and leaning on him. I’m only 17 and it feels like weird. This age is so strange. I’ve gone through spiritual warfare but I guess anxiety and lots of panic attacks have made me get closer spiritually and try to know myself more. So I guess things do happen for a reason. Ik im so young but I’m just tryna find my purpose in life. Idek what I’m gonna do as a career. I don’t rlly think of love as much as I used to. It’s weird. I feel weird. When I was 17, I felt the same way and made bad choices: drinking and smoking. If I could go back I wish I would have pursued God. He is faithful and loves us no matter our failures. You're so young and have time! Cast all your cares to Him for He cares for you. He will take away depression, fear, and anxiety. For God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of love, power, and a sound mind. God bless you and keep trusting in Jesus and know that when you mess up He is still there for you.

I was having EXTREME anxiety. I was trying to rationalize stuff in my head. But I had this verse pop into my head “Lean not onto your own understanding, but trust in the Lord with your whole heart…”. Oh how I have been there! Years ago when I felt the same, Holy Spirit whispered "how can I direct your path if your feet aren't moving?" it was a loving admonishment to keep moving and let him guide me, rather than sit paralyzed doing nothing until I'm sure. Part of faith is trusting that he WILL direct your feet, so you start walking and watching for his direction as you go, because it comes in many forms. ♥ He's got you.

God speaks to us in so many ways and I believe this video and videos before this one is him leading us in the right direction.
For the past week i came to the conclusion that I didn’t want to attend church gatherings. I took distance from my Christian friends without telling them anything. My motive was “A relationship with god is more important than religion and just attending church on Sundays” and that’s totally correct. But that thought alone made me sloppy, lazy in my faith and I believe the devil lead me further astray. I picked up on my porn addiction, started gossiping about people. Started feeling full of hatred and I judged people in my head.
I wasn’t blind to it. I saw my actions. To put it blatantly. I just didn’t care. I felt i was done for. “God has surely turned his back on me anyway.”
Oh how i was wrong, my feet on the devil’s neck how deceiving that serpent is. I will not underestimate him no more. As I’m writing this i know God see me. My thoughts. My motives. And he sees my progress.

I came across this video at the percent time. I am a 14 year old teenager I am Christian and I got baptized on November 21st 2021 in the name of Jesus Christ. I got baptized before I did the devil tried to stop me in many ways and my parents are also baptized and they helped me a lot. 2 days before I got baptized I asked God for a sign that I was ready and I revived the holy spirt and the day before I did too. Ever since I’ve been baptized people have told me that I have a ministry in front of me even my pastor and other pastors. I’ve been starting to lose faith because this month my life went down, I starting having panic attacks and I’ve talked to my pastor and parents about it, but when I saw this video I remembered that I have to continue praying and having faith in God because everything happens for a reason.

God works through his children to help people, I believe God has a great plan for you in your life, I am currently going through a similar thing, I am 15 and got baptized recently, God uses young people to not only inspire others but to lead others. When God calls you out of your darkness into his Holy light, through his Spirit, your bond is strong, no matter what tribulation you go through and attacks from the enemy you encounter, the promise of God remains the same, “I will never leave you nor forsake you” stay trusting that your testimony will touch hearts and I believe the Holy Spirit is putting this on my heart, and I am certain that he is telling me this. You have a great destiny ahead of you, just because you are going through troubled waters right now and you cannot see the way out and the other side, does not mean God is not with you, when everything crashes and seems to be failing, you learn that you cannot walk by your own strength, but only by the strength of God who lives within you. No matter how you feel, Gods promise does not change. God is teaching you something through this and I promise you that when you get out of this situation when it is Gods will, you will have new tools and strengths and wisdom through what God taught you through your tribulation that will set you up for the mission that God chose YOU to complete, God makes no mistakes, he knows everything is perfect detail, he did not make a mistake with choosing you. I was just having a day of struggle and this was perfectly timed.
I know what’s being asked of me and 90% of the time it’s getting easier and easier. But yesterday was that 10% where I was being childish and fighting it tooth and nail.

What you did on earth will be worthless after you die, being rich and successful won’t matter after you breathe your last breath. The apostles and followers of Jesus didn’t suffer in vain, they did it for glory in the life to come. This is why Paul wrote in his letters to his churches to hope in the coming of the Lord and the resurrection.

omg i didn't expect that i commented here 😭 came here on this video again because I've already finished senior high school and IT WAS REALLY FUN. I'm so thankful to God for blessing me throughout my senior highschool days and He improved me in a lot of aspects. I actually know now what course I want to take which is multimedia arts but I'm just not sure if that's what He wants for me 😓 I'm kind of confused whether to take multimedia arts (which is my passion) or to take psychology (because i thought to myself that what God wants me to do is to help other people and i can help other people through what I'm going to learn in psychology and I've always been the "therapist" friend to those people around me so maybe i could help more people if i study psychology? but i also thought to myself that i could also help other people through my talents if i take multimedia arts ) idek :(( I'm still confused whether to take multimedia arts or psychology

I'm going through a challenging and unexpected point in my life right now. I am 23 and left a rn program that I prayed for years to get in and when I finally did, I couldn't take any more and left. I feel guilt and shame because I feel like I wasted God's time, and I haven't been praying till recently because I feel afraid of what's next and I feel bad that I wasted time and, in a way, I wasted a prayer as well. I got what I wanted but it didn't work out. I feel so unsure of everything and am having trouble putting my faith in God because it's something I haven't done, but I've been watching bible study videos and am planning to join a new church (grew up Jehovah's Witness). I'm confused because I keep circling back to nursing, and I already applied to a program last minute. Everything seems so far and impossible, and I feel like I let everyone down especially God. It's hard to stop worrying, but I am determined to find God again. This video made me sob but it's very comforting and encouraging. I pray that I find a path that's right for me, even if it's not nursing. I pray for forgiveness and guidance, and a mentor because I feel so stuck and confused right now. Thank you for the video!

I really need this video. I feel so confused with my life. I just have been doing the same things over and over day by day. And it’s kind of tiring. And I have been busy to the point where I barely read my Bible and pray for a short while. I use to have more fire for God, but it’s like I’m losing it. And I think God is mad at me for not spending enough time with him. Lately I have been forgetting a lot things, even the simplest things. I believe God sent this video to me, but I still don’t know what to do.
Look at verses on confusion or fear or anxiety, when times get busy it’s actually great to be able to slow down and spend time with God. I totally understand where you’re coming from it’s hard when you feel like your not doing enough but remember God isn’t angry at you, his great grace is on you. Keep pushing my friend!!❤️

Wow this is 2 years old.. we back slid last year and during the holidays we lost everything.(material wise) home, cars, business… husband and I understood that it’s our discipline. In the mist of the chaos we had peace and we were grateful for this experience. I rather loose all my material possessions than loosing my relationship with God. And my salvation. My husband is now in the process of getting a job In a correctional facility, and he could turn this into an opportunity to share the gospel with the inmates.. ❤❤ thinking about it this could have been his plan all along. If we hadn’t lost everything, my husband would’ve been persistent with his business. We were making decent money and were very comfortable… I think my husband evangelizing in the prison is priceless. (Or will be priceless since his still in the process)
Quick side note: we were up in the air no knowing what was going to happen, or what we were going to do. Before loosing everything we were planning on moving out of the country to Central America. And that didn’t happen since we lost everything. (All for a reason)

Admitting the things we see in ourselves as faults or that we struggle with is so beautiful ❤️ I admire that you were open and honest about how you struggle with making a solid decision, I do too! What helps me is to know that God wants me to do well he doesn't want me to fail, he wants me to grow and prosper. So sometimes it's best for me to ask for guidance before an important or hard to make decisions, so when I finally do decide I can stand more confidently in my choice.

I love that I came across this video. I’ve been trying to get my foot in the door of the health care field and had an interview yesterday for job that I would be really excited to pursue. But I had this feeling yesterday, of how I would be so upset and shut down for days if they didn’t offer me the position even though I’ve been praying for God to take the decision into his hands. I’ve realized that this feeling is me wanting to take the reins back from God because if this position isn’t in God’s plan and will for my life, I should have faith and not be upset but relieved that God did not allow me to go that way. It would be amazing to get the job but ultimately I just want to be able to follow the steps God is laying out for me and not those I want to follow.

Thank you Alex, this was very good. I feel like I needed to hear this. Often times I ask God to set me on the right path, to make my paths straight. I asked that of Him this very morning. But what I fail to do most times is put my own thoughts and feelings aside. Loved how you opened the video too with James 1:5. Sometimes I’m scared to ask him for things because I think I’m asking for too much. And it hinders my faith as a result. But I know God is gracious and merciful. And those are all thoughts from the enemy.
This video brought me to tears, I am so greatly blessed and moved by this message. I realise that I have been praying to God about my future spouse leaning on my own understanding, not asking in faith. Not really expecting an answer or expecting a specific answer delivered in a specific way.
I know now how to come to God and also to run to him instead of anything else.

God is great! I had a tiring day and when I came back home I was so stressed and I was just worrying and asking myself why certain things were happening and what it meant and what I should do. I couldn’t even eat properly so I just got in my bed and I opened UA-cam because I knew that there was an answer for me here somewhere, because God once talked to me through youtube too. I remember praying and asking God to give me His peace and make me stop worrying and stressing.
After I woke up, I looked for this video again because I started watching it like a few weeks ago and I remembered that I didn’t finish watching it. This video just spoke to me and kinda responded to my worries but that’s NOT ALL! When I opened the comment section I could relate to literally the first comment I saw and some few of them as well. TRUST GOD!!

I find it difficult to run to Him and when I do I ask but I don’t feel worthy. Funny thing is when friends or family come to me for advice I tell them to talk to Him and He will lead you. Just exactly how you said it. But why is it hard for me to listen to the words that come out of my mouth to my friends/family.

Right in the beginning God made men and women, Adam being the first man. When God gave him his helpmeet (Eve), God didn't ask Adam if he wanted a man or a woman. He immediately made a woman and gave him.
In other words if you are man you are a man. If a woman, a woman.
Some of God's major goals for sex and marriage are to show His love and also for reproduction. If a man and man weren't made to reproduce naturally then it wasn't made to be (same for a woman and another woman).
So trust in God. He made no mistake making you the gender you are. Please don't listen to the world, that's the worse thing you can do.
Also please don't hate anyone from the lgbtq community. They need help too. So when you have Jesus and know Him, ask Him to help you share Him to others too.

A few moments before this I'd been wrestling with a few personal choices and not knowing how exactly to handle them. This video reminded me that I don't have to know what the answers are or how to handle it but rather trust that God will provide me with the answers that I need. I'm so grateful that I found this video and was reminded to simply seek God and that I don't need to "figure out" things, He'll give me the wisdom that I seek.

What I find amazing is that I had watched this video twice before this, probably last month. And it just popped back onto my feed and I though it was a new video I hadn't watched.
I feel God put it here at this moment to remind me of the adventure we're on.
This week, on Thursday, I had taken a step-- encouraged by the Holy Spirit, to trust in God and lay down my own 'strength' as I've been at a cross road when it comes to finding my purpose and choosing a career. This week had probably been the worst in months and at the most random time --between my study time and tutorial on campus, I chose to go to him and he renewed my Spirit and reminded me that my purpose is Jesus and only in him can God's will be fulfilled. And though I don't fully understand what that may be, I trust that he has a good plan for me and others.
If only we see that the journey to trusting him is tough, but when you decide you've had enough of limiting yourself and ultimately limiting God, you find that he is always good in everything and all you need to do is lean into him and his enormous love for you.

Cried my eyes out watching this. I lost my job about a month ago due to my depression and I have been feeling so lost. I don’t know what decisions to make or where to go for my employment. Im so stressed that I’ve even gotten angry with god since I’ve been trying my hardest to be faithful but nothing is seeming to work out. After watching this, I know now why. Pray for me you guys. ❤️
