im watching this because i used to be so good at netball but i lost my skills, this is helpful!! thank u!!
I just started a month ago do you have any tips? It would be much appreciated
You don't lose your skills. You have them dormant & body needs to readjust to the lifestyle.
@@socalautisticman1975 you really think this? Haven't played in years but I wasn't bad in school. Hopefully one day I'll be good again.
@@love.1995 Happened to me in both mental and physical talents and still improving. You must, however,be able to figure out and/or learn technique and gesture used of any sport to achieve desired performance especially adjusted to you because many youngsters had instinctive talent but technically it is of mind and body use of the ball or sports tool in any sport.
That's what training one self is for :
" I can do this but this can occur so if it does I could do this ..." in your mind as you follow with your body.
There are videos here on UA-cam of how to shoot, pass and all. Be specific that day what you want to be contemplating that day on topic about ,your case netball.
I'm multi sports man🥊 🏀🏈 🏉 🏏 🏓 🎾 🏐 ⚾🥋🎯🥎🥅🏸🥍🏑🏒🛹⛳🏹🥏⚽🎳each session is a learning session & put to use what I do know and like in life have gratitude to GOD for what you can do and/or info you can access.
One should use to seek wholesomeness of lifestyle any sport you play and let nature take it's courses in your efforts to improve. Remember Olympic games idea "Important thing is not to win but to take part" goes for ANY sport.

Hi
I don’t understand why players in this game almost never take advantage of where you can take the landing foot off and keep the speed of flow going. Catch ball mid air> land on one foot> leap to the other foot> leap again and pass in mid air before landing foot comes down again.
Instead it is stopped by all this pivoting. National level teams should be able to move with that dynamic, but they don’t!
I really enjoy netball
