Sorry I’m slightly confused, what is being delayed in this context... I understand that in the parable the bride is Jesus, and it is the bride’s coming that the end times. But what is being delayed that we would be allowed to rest? Because he talked about marriage being delayed or something?? Sorry I’m just confused ahha
The bride is the church and Christ is the groom, the delay he's talking about are situations; how sometimes we can go through trials believing God for breakthrough, e.g because of covid people have lost jobs and believing God for new jobs but as you wait on God while applying be in an attitude of prayer and fellowship with him trusting in his time and purpose as you get busy with life
