That was super helpful! I love getting that "Aha!" light bulb moment. Thank you! Also found out I've been pronouncing midwifery wrong for quite some time now...

That was very helpful, especially the explanation for late decels. I never understood why decels happen after the contractions til now. Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge, I too am studying for my NCLEX and while reviewing in a book is great, having a visual is so incredibly helpful! Thank you again!

Great. Thank you so much. I was so confused after reading the text. After watching your video there was an opening in the dark clouds. After watching the video a second time, I do not even need to review the text. - J Patterson LPN to RN student.

If most of the deceleration trends are early while one out of 100 turns out to be late deceleration, what can one infer from this data? If the baby suffered from uteroplacental insufficiency, shouldn't we expect every deceleration to be late? At what ratio of late to early decelerations would one infer that child is suffering from uteroplacental insufficiency?

I have a question about late decels, If it's ultimately caused by a decreased level of O2, Isn't fetal tachycardia the proper response ?
