So this is the new boss hack for SFII World Warrior. The moves are completely butchered up from the way we all know how to use them, but that is to be expected, as the World Warrior bosses were not playable to begin with.
Here's M.Bison's move set:
- Scissor Kick - Heavy Kick button.
- Psycho Crusher - ↓,↘,→, Punch button.
- Head Stomp - ↓,↙,←, Kick button.
*- The Skull Dive, and the reverse standing kick (Exclusive to SFII-WW) are randomized each time the Head Stomp move is used.
He's basically using Ryu's move set, as well as his character slot, considering that Ryu is his last opponent you face before the final 4 bosses. Not to mention M.Bison is using Ryu's Victory Win screen animations at the end as well. Again, this was to be expected.
For what this was worth to me, this was a long, overdue hack for the arcade version! Probably one of the best versions I've ever played in the Street Fighter II series. I'd like to thank the hacker for putting his efforts into making this possible!

The CPU feels like how I felt playing against Bison on the hardest level. CPU use to be like “what charge time?”
Bison winning and playing Ryu's ending is somewhat amazing. it's like "where is the champion? Where is Ryu?"
and Ryu is like "Bruh... I lost...." *walks away in shame*
It was a typo, it was meant to say "Akuma", where is Akuma?
The defeated portrait of M. Bison, which is shown on the right in this video’s splash image, is unused in normal World Warrior gameplay. It was used only in Champion Edition and Hyper Fighting. Seeing it in-game requires the player to play as M. Bison and losing or beating him in a stage other than his home stage. Seeing it in the SNES port of World Warrior requires entering the Champion Edition code and losing as M. Bison. This doesn’t work in the Wii Virtual Console release.

Ah...don't sweat the small stuff. But one thing to think about is that at this point in time, Bison's full role probably wasn't established. To know anything about Bison at this point in time, you had to beat the game with Chun Li or Guile.

Which makes me wonder...is Street Fighter a tournament like Tekken and Mortal.Kombat? Or is it simply, choose a character, save the world? There is no actual tournament in the story is there?
I so glad I was a 1990's kid, the golden era of the arcade, Street fighter 2, Mortal Kombat 2, Samurai shodown, Virtua Fighter , heck even Primal Rage was the thing in that decade

Technically, the golden era was between 81 and 85. The Atari VCS and later the NES had all but killed arcades except for the hardcore audience. But when SF2 was released, it brought players back in the arcades in 91. This brought on the second wave of popularity that lasted until about 96. Then players went back home.

I LOOOVE M. Bison's QUADRUPLE bicycle kick, and how, if his first kicks misses but his second kick connects, he can follow up with 4 more kicks , making it a SEXTUPLE six-kick dizzying attack). Unfortunately, in the Championship edition and after, Bison could only do the double bicycle kick, which totally undefined Bison as totally awesome and made him flat and bland.
THERE SHOULD'VE BEEN a way to do the quadruple and sextuple bicycle kick

M. Bison's "Deadly Throw" move was originally given dialogue where he choke-lifts his opponent by his/her neck with one hand Darth Vader-style before choke-throwing them while saying この程度か ; Kono teido ka? (lit. "Is that all you got?"), this feature of M. Bison didn't make it into the game because it didn't turn out how Akira envisioned it to be.
I really wish this feature could be restored somehow. Makes me wonder how it would have looked and sounded. I find the old cps1 voice clips to be charming.
He does that exact move to Ryu in Street Fighter ll: the animated movie.

Well that makes sense as to why the cpu could spam special moves like crazy. The first playable boss game SF Turbo had you charge to use both the psycho crusher and scissor kick

As a kid I was doing the Psycho Crusher the whole time. My friends stood zero chance and were totally frustrated, because you can't block that thing, you have to avoid it. If you are fast you can spawn light punches very quickly to break it, but if somebody did that I was spawning Bison's other two special moves as Plan B all the time.
Damn….they were no match for M Bison. He was hitting them so hard that they were throwing up and even saw blood flying from their face. Relentless, isn’t he😂

+BCEgdl Yep, the classic slide tackle juggle. Cheap as hell and used to get abused often when Championship Edition first came out. Almost as bad as a Ken/Ryu low Roundhouse in the corner. Perfectly timed, you will never get out of it.

This is the skinnier Bison. In the Alpha games, which are set before SF2, he was hugely muscular, to the point of it being ridiculous. Not to mention being bloody hard to beat in Alpha 3 😑 I lost count of the number of times my PS1 controller got hurled across the room back in the day

Heavy Kick Button just to do the Scissor Kick? You could be just like the computer Bison doing it endlessly. Back in the days I use to wonder would they let that move stay with him in CE and Hyper Turbo when you finally got a chance to pick him. They did but cut it into a three hit move to give the computer and the other human player in VS Mode a fair fighting chance. Like the computer needed a fair fighting chance..............

I like how the ending is technically just Ryu's ending, but if you watch it, under the assumption that there IS 2 Bisons out there, and the one we played as didn't show up to the ceremony, then it still kinda makes sense.
