  • I love fruit pies! My absolute favourite pudding. Have it hot, cold with cream or custard or as it is.
    You can adjust the sugar to taste and vanilla extract.
    You must also make sure you roll the pie crust thin as we aren't pre baking this crust. Who needs the oven on longer than they need! As you can see i lifted the pie as best i could so you can see the bottom. Nice and crusty brown!
