I've watched a lot of crime podcasts most it stems from.up bringing and lack of opportunities and easy/only options . This won't happen but they should do away with these young offenders establishments and conscript offenders into the army and give them a trade plumber electrician chef mechanic instead of sending to them a place which is a school of crime and connections .
