- Neighbors of Austin Lee Edwards, suspected in the murder of three members of a California family had moved into a home in Saltville, Virginia, a short time before the incident. His new neighbors said he “set off alarms” in his short time as a resident. WCYB’s Ashley Hoak reports.

That's exactly right! I've been saying a psychological evaluation needs to be done on these applicants before they even get in the door. I know good and well that many cops have had an unhealthy disposition even before becoming a cop. In many cases that is the reason for wanting to become a cop.

It's kind of "causation vs. correlation" though... like many millions keep to themself and would never do this.
Like the old "gateway drug" propaganda against herb is a logical fallacy trying to say all heroin users started with pot but forgetting the millions who tried or preferred pot and were happy to never switch to meth or heroin. The black market was the true gateway where they were more likely to be offered free samples they weren't really looking for which doesn't happen today in legal states.

Parents need to sit down with their daughters and have a serious talk about this story. It is not an isolated incident young women are being found murdered in every state and it's been going on for years but right now it's really accelerated for some reason talk to your girls tell them to be very very careful especially online. May the grace of God surround them
It’s not just young girls I feel. Recently my husband went to deposit his paycheck at the atm and a car followed him for almost an hour. He went to a drive thru and kept driving around until he decided to go inside a target store. He stayed there for a good while until the people who followed him parked and saw he was looking at them and making a phone call to pretend he was calling the cops and they left.
There’s so many evil people out there and I am somewhat young still (in my 20s) so I can’t tell you if it has always been this bad or if times have gotten worse but either way take care.
