THANK YOU... just got to the bit about tidying up the studio... as being part of our process... this is such a lovely thing to hear... may be OBVIOUS... but it's something I've really beaten myself up over for y e a r s.... and today... after doing the ugly drawing session with your other video... 'somehow' I've just started clearing space on my art table and pottering around happily.... i think there's SO MUCH to this Self Acceptance part... .... it's so lovely having your company in my studio though... so I'm not feeling alone and 'time wasting' in cleaning up... that's a thing for me tooooo... for goodness sake... anyway... thank you, thank you, thank you... so grateful to have found your channel... and yay thanks to @tracyverdugo for recommending you. xoxo Denise 💚🌼🌼🌼
