One of the classic Asian’s favorite, this pandan cotton sponge cake is super, moist and jiggly. Flavored with the aromatic pandan leaves and creamy coconut milk, this is a true local delight!
CORRECTION:
SUGAR: 45G (NOT 40G)！
Ingredients:
Corn oil: 40G
Cake flour: 50G
Egg yolks: 3
Egg: 1
Coconut milk: 25G
Pandan extract: 25G
Sugar: 45G
Egg whites: 3
