Nice Bass rod 👌
@@stevenbuckley6509 Cheers Steven, it’s nice and light and flings the bombarda a fair distance I am realy pleased with it
Great video and a nice bass well done.
Can you tell me the name of the rod and reel you got just fancy having a look online.
@@rehmanmalik1089 Cheers bud, the rod is a Orbula carbon bass/ flattie 11.5 and the reel is a Orizon 6000, they are not expensive as I can’t aford all the expensive gear that the serious anglers seem to have but I do get the same fun 🎣 hope that helps
Thanks very much for your reply.
I did have a look online but then came across a nice 10 foot pike rod I forgot I had up the loft so going to try that first. Keep up the video there great.
@@rehmanmalik1089 Your welcome, hope your Pike rod works good for you, I often use a 7ft spinning rod for the bass also.
Cheers bud and tight lines 👍🎣🐟🐟
I don't secure the hook on the eye when at rest but on the brace wires supporting the eye.
@@gmclocks Thats good practice so as not to scratch or damage the eye 👍 it’s good to pass on these tips, thanks for sharing bud
Secure the hook on the wire bracing for the eye, not on the eye itself is my practice.
@@gmclocks Aye you are correct so as not to scratch the eye 👌🏻 I forget sometimes in all the excitement but thanks for reminding me, much appreciated it’s good tae pass on your tips 🎣
Well done mate. ideal method there. Super Bass on the new outfit. 🤗
@@anotherangleUK Cheers Phil, I love the new rod and the bombarda worked well around the rocky ground with no lost gear and no tangles between lure and bombarda 👌🏻
@@kintakintyea Perfect, enjoyed the reggae music too.
Well done Gordon. The bombarda is a great method. I tie sandeel flies that work a treat . Only had Mackerel so far myself . Maybe this year! 😊
@@northeastangling Cheers Darren, I love the Bombarda and will be fishing it more often, Sandeel flys would be great good luck bud, Mackerel are great fun on light tackle 🎣🐟🐟
