You've been busy! Checked what version I have been using and it's v4... and you're up to v9 now! Wicked. PS I definitely second your appreciation of how nice and organized the patch is now! Well done!
Whee! I quit my full-time job in May so I have no excuses for low productivity. :) Yeah these latest updates IMO are essential. LMK what you think! Make sure to update the .tosc file on your tablet with the update.
About to hook this up with my 11" this morning. Incredible work and utility! If I enjoy I was going to test it anyways but, you might be able to answer before I can try it. Can you use two Knobbler4 instances, with two ipads on different ports, in the same project?
Interesting idea. Pretty sure you would need to copy the .amxd and edit the copy in Max and change the receive port, which is hardcoded in the device to 2346. If this was something people wanted to do, I suppose the receive port could be exposed in the UI... LMK :)
But seriously -- I first tried using virtual knobs (round controls) on TouchOSC but didn't like the ergonomics. It's possible to open the TouchOSC file and change the sliders to knobs if that's your jam....
This looks great--well though-out.
Wow.. It looks perfect! Thanks so much for this! I am on an 11" iPad, but the 13 would be nicer in this situation.
More screen real estate is always better :)
Also wanted to make sure you saw this one, which goes through the setup step-by-step: ua-cam.com/video/1SvkGQ3_K8k/v-deo.html
@ excellent!!
ingenious :)

@@zsteinkamp Yes please! I was blown away by the functionality of Knobbler4...with only 2 knobblers! I want 4 knobblers :D
that's more than 60 seconds... jk. thanks for Knobbler4, Zack! 🙏
My engagement strategy is paying off :) LMK how it goes for you!
It’s called Knobbler4!
Cool! Does it have knobs?
No, just sliders
O…….k
Crazy I know!

Will this not work with Ableton 11?
Not sure. I moved on when 12 came out. If you try it, report back on how it works :)
