I remember the notice of Tetris being beat, it was quite amazing, and I loved how the another speedrunner, instead of giving up on Tetris, he tried to beat the guy's WR, despite it being humanly impossible
I once had a teacher who was like this. She would always tell my class that she had been teaching for longer than we had been alive and couldn't go a single week without making a complaint about technology. "First world problems." she would say, "The self-serving checkouts are ruining society" or "Thank the politicians for giving every child a computer". Me and my friends found her rants incredibly hilarious and we would regularly joke about it amongst ourselves. Those were good times.
Had a class a couple weeks ago. English. There was a substitute who was on the elderly side. She looked at the notes, and told us to do our assignment. It was on paper, but we were allowed to look up information on our chromebooks. She got pissed off when we did that, instead of using the 1000 year olds textbooks. Went on the whole “technology is ruining you! what will you do when you don’t have your laptops!” speel. Not 5 minutes later and she accidentally had her volume up playing candy crush. What’s the point of life.
Ah yes, looking it up on the textbook, where you have to go to an index/glossary/table of contents and spent 3 minutes minimum on something you could've gotten w/ even better quality in ~30s online.
The ironic part is that after that news channel talked about the 13 year old kid beating Tetris, they then proceeded to praise a 16 year old reaching the world championship finale. For any Boomers out there, you gotta change with the times.
Correct me if I'm wrong. But boomers rode off of their parents success and didn't make any technological innovation during their Era. Millenials made tech innovations
I remember playing minecraft on the PS4 at a friends house and an old family friend of theirs said something along the lines of “you should be outside instead of using the internet” which was funny considering the game didn’t need the internet and wasn’t using it
The fact that this is based on a true story "...As a mother, I would just say, step away from the screen, go outside, get some fresh air... beating Tetris is not a life goal. This reminds me of when I attended a class with a teacher in college who hated technology cuz it's "destructive and wasteful" and didn't expand on why he thinks that, this skit reminded me of that lol
sometime i still wonder why people would think such shit daily, until i met my grandpa agiain. because some people are more gullible than others, they're likely to hear straight up *BULLSHIT* lies with *NO PROOFS*

nah but the screaming cutting to the soothing music from NSMBW is just so funny tbh bro realised a 13yr old made more money than he does and then it just cuts to W7 - NSMBW ost
bro how do you come up with ideas i legit spent 4 hours trying to make an original skit after watching one of you're bangers (I think it was the 1980s bullies one). Grant Goated
It actually started to remind me of that Tetris thing right before the bit lmao, News Anchors seriously had the biggest drop-off in relevancy, most people probably get their news from Twitter or Moist Critical
Nahhh, i had an older substitute teacher once, and we couldn’t do our work assigned to us because the wifi wasn’t working, and he asked why we couldn’t do our work and we said it was because there wasn’t any wifi. The teacher then said “well what do u need that for” 💀💀💀

bro i don’t understand how you make every video funny in its own way, idk if it’s the random aggressive yelling or the sarcasm, but ur too funny bro 😭
These videos get so wild near the end but yet it always feels fresh

"speel"?
The best part about the second half of this video is that it's not exaggerated at all. That literally did happen...
Oh hi Wyvrn :)
If the reporter actually said "he's not banging" that would be completely insane though.
Hi Wyvrn
The call-out to the tetris situation 😂
The ironic part is that after that news channel talked about the 13 year old kid beating Tetris, they then proceeded to praise a 16 year old reaching the world championship finale. For any Boomers out there, you gotta change with the times.
beating tetris is harder than reaching the world championship finale

Never had someone like that, but that news lady was exactly like that. Man grant never fails to amaze me and make me laugh with his humour and jokes
yooo thank you for clowning that reporter who thought she could belittle the kid who beat tetris. I was so disappointed in her for that.
Never disappointing with every video he releases.

Beating a game that wasn’t meant to have an end is quite an accomplishment, be it productive or not!

The Sky News reporter reference is perfect 😭🙏
Idk why but the overlap of audio at 0:53 is the funniest thing to me
They would talk about how they would've worked longer than we've been alive. Like we asked about their lives
“I bet you don’t even know what pencil and paper is. I mean, it’s not video games on your phone”
