I find that I tend to favor the pressure closest to the pinky and less on the toe.. i find that I can t sustain much weight near my toe.. my feet tend to "buckle" out of alignment.. my calves seem under developed in the inner side of my calves.
As usual, awesome job, Dave. I was genetically predisposed with a fairly muscular build...but have pitiful calves so I will start doing this at least 5 times a week and hope to see some sort of progress in a month or so.
Great video and is a good workout but Playing football cycling and 3min calf sessions has nothing to do with your huge calves genetics DOES. Ive cycled till i cant walk and played football all my life (27) and train my calves in every way for 10 years of bodybuilding twice a week to every day heavy and light ect and my calves are ripped but still very very small :( Aint one example ive seen small skinny legs turned into big ones.....Fact

depends on the amount of protein you eat man not just plane workouts
