- Yet another new JDM game, this time focused on Touge maps. You can both drift and do time attack racing. Most common JDM cars are all in the game. I recommend playing this game on a Controller, but it does support wheels as well.

Hey goose. I can tell you VR in Assetto will be very gamechanging. Drifting is very good for it especially. It will change your life you will never go back to your monitor. You will need to get used to it but once you're used to it, you'll manage to drift even bettter.

Honestly surprised to see this title on your channel. I remember this game coming out at the wee hours in the morning, my time. My experience with the game on a wheel was not very great, especially in the drifting. Counter-steering with a wheel, I feel, is incredibly unpolished in this game, and caters much more to controller users. You actually are overall slower if you play with clutch w/ h pattern shifter, and sadly, no benefit of playing with other than for immersion sake. I have been waiting for proper physics for wheel but there has been no updates on the handling physics. The physics difference between wheel and controller are far too great for my taste. so much so that its basically required to be using a controller to be competitive without spending hours practicing on a wheel.
Anyone looking into this title for a fun experience on wheel, I would wait for a major handling update.
Physics is same for all devices, but with keyboard and gamepad there is AI that helps countersteer. FWD and some AWD drivers with steering wheel is much faster than gamepad players because of how smooth they drive

hey goose i want your opinion on something. i currently have a g29 and i am thinking of upgrading to the t300 like you but currently in aud the t300 alcantara edition is cheaper and i was wondering if its any different or more bad than the gt edition
This game was built around being a replica of the Initial D Arcade stage games, only this can be played on a controller. The game was meant for controller and the wheel support was added later since so many people wanted it. If you truly want to experience this game, use a controller. The physics are built around performing high speed drifts, and only specific cars that can take corners with less angle will feel good on the wheel. The Evo is meant to be four wheel drifting through every corner at high speed like in initial D, hence why it was so slidey.

mans got the old hashirya cars, parts , menu , game basically ported with new tracks lol..
All TS cars made from scratch with it own physics (where drift is faster on some cars) on Unity engine. Tracks was bought from AC modders, but now devs working on their own tracks

Have you ever checked out any mobile games on your pc before if not i've got one for you and it is called car parking multiplayer it's has multiplayer,singleplayer with free roam challenges racing and over 150 cars and some cars have different engine modifications and you can design your cars however you like it and you can play with your friends by adding there id or send them a friend request (You will need an emulator to play mobile games and a pc with 8GB of RAM)

Yeah a pretty good game, the only problem is the car physics. I mean yeah not all games can be assetto corsa but by just looking at this video I can feel like the front of the car is 100x heavier than the behind.
This is the only way to make physics very drift-wise as far as i can see because drift in this game is faster than grip
Depends on car tho, its really hard to make R32 or Impreza drift, same to NSX and other FWD cars. Their handling very different
