Daniel, what I like about your presentations is, that you don't only tell us where to look, but also how to look and what to look for! That for me makes all the difference in the world in discovering what's real and what's merely a facsimile. Thank you for the lessons my friend, they make the hobby so much more interesting and worth while. Take care!
thank you , your videos are most helpful & informative . i always check here 1st when i want to find accurate information . you are very much appreciated
I found a reported 1965 Silver quarter on eBay. One of the pictures even had it appear on a scale showing 6 grams. It had a relatively low starting bid (no bidders) and a very high Buy It Now price. I asked for more pictures, specifically of the rim to confirm it was silver. I got back pictures showing the rim and no, it was clearly clad. The seller had two more, one of which was reportedly an error coin - it looked normal to me. Even after I said they were not valuable and just regular quarters, the seller kept presenting them as silver. The seller then sent me a picture of an "error" penny. No, it was just damaged. I don't know if the seller was a scammer or just really ignorant.
Making my head spin, real hard to actually *see* a double die , for me it is anyway ..... thanx for more info as always it’s a pleasure to,watch your vids
As always a must see video always looking for your new one's and enjoy the variety that you Produce thank you for the Great information always something to learn and remember
I saw on another video you have been searching for specific Washington Quarters. I have a ton and wanted to send you some as a thank you for your videos.
I can see why a 1965 quarter was struck on a 90% silver planchet. The mint was still striking 90% silver quarters in 1965 but with the 1964 date. Do you think any Lincoln cent from a US Mint roll will grade a MS70? PCGS does not have any circulation strike coins graded a 70. If that ever happened the first person to get a 70 could make a lot of money.
Hey Daniel thank you for the latest video. I would like to recommend presenting a few more pictures that show each variety and/ or error. I am fairly new to numismatics and some of the variations and/or errors are easy to distinguish where if you who are more knowledgeable could provide if possible more pictures to highlight the harder to spot ones would be very beneficial. Thanks again.
Daniel thanks for sharing your knowledge, thoughts, as well,As the Information on how to find and locate the DDO & DDR & RPM. Like always thanks for sharing. Les Wylie

Hello Daniel, I'm confused on 1989p. It's supposed to have the p but if don't have it Then save it? Otherwise I got all your information and thank you kindly for your help.
Hi Linda. Some P's are filled with grease or look really small from wear. They may, may come with a premium but it's the P that stands out. Tall and not all grooved down. Hope that helps. That's what I usually go by and I'm pretty sure that was what Daniel was portraying. Best of luck!
Daniel! Fantastic video. Been waiting on a good run down and you didn't disappoint. I'll be busy tonight because thiers a few I was skeptical about but you perked my interest to go take them out of the tubes! Lol Thanks again
Daniel, first of I do not mean for this post to be offensive to anyone in any way. If you say these DD's exist then I believe you but, c'mon what kind of equipment are these people using to find these things? A Proton Microscope perhaps, MT Palomar observatory the Hubble telescope? I cant even see the darn things and then I'm told that they have been verified. If this is the case I might just as well give up because unless one of these thing comes up and slaps me in the face I'll never find one. Well....maybe one here and there but for the most part I don't think so. I'm probably alone with my thinking on this and that's ok, I've been alone before.
Hello; coinhelp good morning i have a question/have you ever heard of a black quarter & dime if so i have them in my coin book..i just wanted to know are they worth sending out to get graded ....thank you bigwayne_coins)
No, I haven't colors on coins, unless they're pleasing, don't add value unless it is a nickel graded as as a black beauty and that can't be determined with images.
Just a question. You pronounce 'obverse' as 'adverse'. At least that's what it sounds like to me. I believe "ob-verse" is correct, since 'adverse' has a totally different meaning than 'obverse.' sorry for nit - picking, but am I wrong? Great content, thanks.
Have you watched my other videos? Some words just come out wrong and I don't always catch it when editing. I am sure I've said obverse 99.99% of the time.
Coin collecting is like playing the lottery... the odds are stacked against. The big money is never in reach. Don't be fooled, as you and yours is soon parted.
It really would be nice if you could actually show us ALL the details that make the coins so good to find. I am not as much interested in how much its worth, I want to know what I am actually looking for in the multitude of coins I have in my collection, you only did this with a cpl of details, and you don't flip it over much either.....................not as happy with this channel as others at this point

Thank you! I have error coins, I just mark them, and if my beneficiaries want to get them graded, great.
But they can get robbed if not certified. Errors is a tricky area of this hobby with many pitfalls.

I have a 1964 quarter that looks like it is silver. How can I find out if it is?
Use a magnet on it, if it picks it up then it is silver
Very good
Good morning ,I am not sure that close AM is only for 1992 penny or you can find it in other penys to?
Thanks for another great video. I'll definitely be checking my quarters.
Thanks 😊
I have been looking for some of these varieties for YEARS, and have come up totally empty. Guess luck is not on my side.
It is a little luck but it is also volume and being consistent.
Goodday to you Daniel. How can I tell if my 1965 are silver
Weigh them
I have a dime that I found that is twice as thick and it doesn't have the reeded edge it is like two dimes as thick as a regular dimes.
During WW2, the govt put microfiche in coins, one was discovered in the 70's, have your coin checked out by a worthy coin dealer.

Good morning Daniel. I'm not bragging but I got from 65 to 90
And some looks brand new.. How do I send pics of what I got. Great video. Thank You
I don't grade coins based on images. You can find some nice ones in mint sets but hard to get the MS67 needed to have a premium.
I have a quarter that is dated 1960 but the zeros missing I don’t know if it’s a 65 or 67 the last digit is missing
NICE VIDEO E INFORMATION

I've found them multiple times and I don't use a scope just a magnifier. You just need to know what to look for.
How much is a nickel with no “FS” next to Monticello? If anything at all. It’s a 2001.
No extra value.
