Its not as if he visited her at home or at school. They met when he was in town either in clubs or at his place. Just look up the informations.

Although I agree 100% with your logic, the same logic would not be applied if this was a case against somebody that did not fit the agenda for example, race, age, religion, etc The law should be the law no matter what especially when you punished other athletes for less that did not fit the agenda
