It's a very concetrated hair mask.So yeah, you apply it after shampoo, but I don't think conditioner is necessary(unless your hair is extremely dry)

@@CyberWarezz05 I've tried to use it after shampooing my hair. My hair got very tough and heavy, and totally greasy. I had to reuse shampoo to get it out of my hair. Now, I use it at the beginning, before shampooing.
First I get my hair wet, then I use hair shot and let it in my hair for 30 sec to 1 minute, then wash it out of my hair with shampoo, then use regular conditioner.
