Tim, From everything I've seen of the Atari 50 collection, it looks amazing. I know I'll be picking it up, but now have a reason to wait a bit to get this new package. But something in the back of my mind always felt like a huge missed opportunity. Not what you might be thinking, again, the collection is great on it's own, but the moment Atari 50 was announced, I thought, what a great opportunity for Arcade1Up and the new Atari to create a 3/4 Scale cabinet using this collection with all the interviews and all content therein, unlocking games via play and the ability to get more via wifi updates. And then when big updates come about like this new expanded edition, then one could pay for the DLC to update on their cabinet with even more content. But no, all we get from Arcade1Up is the ability to purchase yet another physical cab in order to get more games. Frustrating. I think I'll be picking up Atari 50 finally when the expansion comes out, or soon after, on Steam. I want to take that same trip down memory lane :) vgv
This is exciting news. I just hope the DLC is priced at $9.99 or less for those of us who already own it.
