- Meal Prep for my husband and I for three days! Meal prepping is such a big help for me on my health journey. It takes the stress out of wondering what to have during the week. Motorized salt and pepper grinders!!!! 😃 I didn't know they made these!! Some arthritis in my hands makes grinding S&P a pain. I'll look to see if you have a link to these. Otherwise, this is a wonderful plan. Especially the chicken tenders and veggies for lunch.
