Thank you for watching 😋❤️ When I was in America, European country, I noticed how different baths are!!! That's why I made a video. Actually, this is my opinion so it may different to your country. If you notice some differents compare to your country. Let me know 😘😘 I'm so interested ❤️❤️
As an American, I must say Japanese baths are wayyyy better, and appear to be easier to clean also. ❤ Being to actually soak up to your shoulders is great!
This makes the most sense to me and I'm not even Japanese I'm American I hate American bathrooms it's stupid I would rather have a Japanese-style bathing room and toilet room.
I prefer the Japanese style bathroom to i am american as well and i feel the same way i actually take a shower and a bath now i prefer it than just a bath or just a shower.
Just a quick update @ 2:30 : when the house uses a boiler system, hot water comes from a preheated tank and the boiler cannot heat water at the same rate that it is used. However, there are also many homes, at least here in The Netherlands, that use a so-called central heating system that heats water as it is being used so you actually have unlimited hot water :) Almost every bathroom I ever used also has one or more mirrors so I think your experiences were rather country or region specific. Europe is a big a diverse place ;)
I do not like american style of showering so when I watched your video it showed me a different way to shower so I can enjoy it. One thing I will add to my own routine is the stool, shower basin, and mirror. And maybe a heater in the room so it gets warm during and after I step out of the water. Other things I'll probably do on a bigger scale to renovate my bathroom would be to add the dehumidifer, install a mirror into the bath wall, and create some type of barrier between my shower and the rest of the bathoom. Arigato. Thanks so much for sharing!
One of the things I miss the most in Japan is the ofuro. I am not fond of the western bathtubs because they are wide and shallow. A person would have to lay on their backs in order fot the water to reach almost to their shoulders. Japanese bathtubs are smaller, but a person can sit up and get a good soak.
It's always interesting for me to hear about the similarities and differences between everyday life in different countries. I always sing in the shower too lol. Thanks for this video, Haruna! I really enjoy your channel 😊
They should link to your video in my japanese hotel, it helps to understand how this strange bathroom is meant to work 😂 This surprised me more than the toilets.
I always take extra long showers in Europe. Some places have an outdated heater, but it's not everywhere. Heating water has a cost, but for me that's the most essential thing I would not cut back on!
A little of your dream to spread Japanese culture has been met today. I have learned a little about Japanese bath culture. Thank you Haruna. John Bethel, Missouri. USA
One reason for short showers is because it saves water which can be required during a drought, but the most notable reasons are the cost of heating the water and the emissions that come from heating the water
I think the size of the bathtub is also different? The japanese one looks smaller, width and length? I like this, that must mean it uses less water. I always feel guilty about filling up the bathtub because it takes so much water!
keep in mind that you should share the bath water that is reused in turn by every family member or other attendants .you may dislike the bath water used earlier by others.
I like this feature. I'm from Indonesia and agree about this thing. Because taking a shower and bath is not about cleaning body, but it's about relaxing our body and let the stress flow out. I read some book and I really want to try it. But sadly, they won't allow me. Why?
Hello Haruna. European shower and bath are completly different from Japan😀 I hope try japanese bath as soon as possible . Thank you for this video. ありがとうございます。
If I told my mother, Im going to take a shower, and then a bath... she will call the doctor because she would think Im totally crazy :D But definitely, I can get used to take a bath every night hahahaha. Sure will try when i go to Japan, hope next year, definitely will try it, and if I go to Osaka (as I plan to do) I will bring Swiss chocolate. Thanks for the video as always :) PD: Last friday tried Takoyaki for the first time, I totally love it, but they are a trap, small balls of paradise with a Hell furnace inside hahahahaha
Wow! I really wish I had a Japanese bathroom now. But now my bathroom feels more unique juxtaposed to a Japanese one instead of just other American ones. Lol
Hi Haruna new subbie here I have a curious question when you get in the bath after you take the shower to actually wash up, since you washed up in the shower already do you just used the bath for soaking of do you wash up in the bath too?
Hi thank you for your comment 😊❤️ and thank you for wathicng ☺️ After we wash our body and hair, we take a bath to soak. Not wash in Bath. The purpose of taking bath is to just relax. I hope you will get it. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me ☺️
@@harunachanneljapanesegirl ahhhhh I had a feeling it was just to soak and relax, well thank you for answering and yes will definitely come to you if I have any more questions!
Hello ! Haruna😃 The bath feels good♨️ Me too😆why am I…… sing sing sing🎤 Somehow I sing only old songs🎼🎶 And… After the bath, it’s beer. 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺 …Good night😴
I dont think any of us used the stool when we were over there. 😆 Also the thermostat kept saying something every time someone was in the bathroom. Our friend said it was something like we were at the water temperature limit and to stop raising the temp.
I don't think the washing machine and dryer being in the bathroom is common in a lot of places, there's either a utility room, or its in the kitchen or garage
Kawaiiiiiiiii!! Can I keep you? Love the video! Thoni feel like a gross heathen cuz I haven't showered yet today, guess I better get! I'm currently planning my future house as an American. I have always wanted this bath style, and this is one of many videos I watched as research
Most important not mentionned, self cleaning bath tub. Just like self cleanning Japanese toilet.

I really liked how you explained the differences between western and Japanese bathrooms. Just wished you had shown the bathroom details better.
I also enjoy karaoke in the shower 😂 Great video as always Haruna.
Hahaha I love to sing in the bath 😄
4:38 does she have on CG lipstick/lipgloss? It did something weird when the shower head was in front of her mouth.
Echo karaoke !! lol
Dehumidifier is interesting !! it might makes un-wrinkling the cloth.
I love singing^^
What temperature of water do people usually bath in?

That kind of bath and shower is sometimes found in caravans here. My parents had one just like yours because space is limited. 😁
WOW! Really? I didn't know that.
I wanna see it ^^
@@harunachanneljapanesegirl Sorry they sold the caravan because of ill health

you take a 40 minute shower but share the bath water with 3 other people?
2.12 (4) That's why, in some state, when building a new house,
solar water heater,
is required in order to get permit from the government.

I can't believe in Japan you have unlimited water and hot water for 40 minutes. Wow I wish!
Ah, the hot water depends on the capacity for the heater. Gas and electricity is expensive in Western Europe.

So how do you wash your bottom? Do you stand up from sitting on a stool and then you wash your bottom/bum?
