Hola, first time here, delighted to take part in this dance. Loved the pace, loved the direction. In my home practice I always use props, but figured since dancers don't I'd try going prop-free today. This worked well until the splits, where I am hopeless, so switched to crow while you were getting your monkey on. You have such great energy, look forward to more. Blessings

Love your class ❤ first time watching, and even though some of the poses were difficult for me, I had a lot of fun! So easy to follow along with you. You decide the positions very clearly and audibly. Which I can't tell you how much easier it makes it, as I don't have to twist my head to see the screen to tell if I'm doing it right lol 🙏💞

I've been looking for something like this for a while! My dance classes no longer exist and I haven't been able to find a yoga class that is attractive for dancers. This is great, nice & slow, not cheesy or trendy presentation. Spot on!
