Some day when you have a few minutes, download the score for this opera (over 600 pages), and wonder how many cups of coffee you would need to drink to copy the score, much less compose it in under 2 weeks which is what Donizetti did!
Toscanini avait 650 morceaux à son répertoire il les connaissait vraiment instruments par instrument .Savez vous ce que cela représente de connaitre une partition au point de répéter sans la partition devant soi ,moi j'en sais quelque chose .

Gestione dei tempi veramente eccezionale solo come Toscanini sapeva fare

si l orchestre n est pas bon le dirigent n est pas meilleur
il n avait pas un repertoire tres grand.. Serafin avait un repertoire beaucoup plus complet
