Hi, I finally found someone who uses an oven with a fan for making macarons. Do you use a Smeg oven? I have been browning my macarons when I bake them at 150 degrees. I will try your method and hope it works well. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for watching my video.😊 I use a UNOX oven. I usually bake at 135-140 degrees when I bake macarons.
