Fished majority of those spots and can say flounder love them
Unc the man💪🏽
Great tips, I will definitely be trying out some spinner baits next time im targeting flounder!
great videos man, def deserve some more love!
Glad you like them! Appreciate the kind comment.
Carolina rig with a mud minner dragging across the bottom always works.
I love the fact that you are fishing around Jaxport and can see the Carnival Elation in the background. I’ve cruised out of Jaxport many times, and I’ve always wondered about the fishing around there. Question answered!
Love the ZMan GOAT on the spinner bait. Who knew a bass-oriented flipping creature bait would snag so many saltwater fish? I love them for both over here in the St. Marks River
great video, thanks and tight lines!
Thanks for watching!
Went out gigging on the first and got my 5 all at 15
Love this! Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Gigged a 15 in Nassau sound about 6 years ago.
Ain’t nothin monster about those fish
Monster to some small to others. All a matter of perspective 😃
Great video, CA. I saw you attach a blade arm to a jig. Do you have a source for getting just the arm that I can add to a jig head?
Not that I’m familiar with off the top of my head. There are several companies that make bladed jigs pre-rigged and ready to go. Just need to add a soft plastic.
@@_LateralMedia_thanks. Since I already have tons of jig heads I thought just getting the arm would save tackle space.
@@fowlplayoutdoors68I’ve found em by eagle claw at Walmart but they’re probably not super strong
When did you shoot this video?
It's either old video footage or his boat registration is 1 1/2 years expired
This episode aired in 2023. I don’t exactly remember when it was filmed.
Yes, he’s correct. This episode aired in 2023.
I’m in Jax. I have a boat. Please put me on some flounder. Where they at?
I’m in jax I go out on my kayak a lot
If you're not catching flounder in jacksonville, you might need to change the way you're fishing. I've not had much luck with spinners in saltwater. I throw mostly vudu shrimp or other soft plastic shrimp. Most tidal creeks with current moving around islands should hold flounder. I've had more success fishing higher tides, throwing along islands on the edge of the grass. If targeting trout I work my lure faster and higher in the water column. Flounder is the opposite, slower and lower.
@@fishnusa no need to be harsh, some of us dont get to go out much like others.
This guy knows. Flounder are bottomed dwellers gotta have contact with the bottom.
@@willallen126 lol what are you yapping about, please name one thing this guy said which was harsh?
Gear ratio. LOL
Sorry not sure on that one
Talk so much about the bait bit dont show the bait
4:42 literally shows the bait 🤷🏻
😂😂😂
There is always a tackle talk at the end of these videos to show which baits, rod, reel and line we were using.
Thanks for watching and keeping us honest.
Say you didn't watch the video without saying you didn't watch the video 😂😂😂😂😂
