Check for mold in your home. With the humidity in Florida the risk of mold is higher especially if vents aren’t cleaned or dusted often or well, and since I assume you’re renting get air filters also checked and changed. That could probably help with getting sick less. And take your vitamins and supplements ❤❤

Omg such a good idea, I’ll do that this weekend!! And I change my air filters out regularly (my brother works in hvac and told me to do this) and I’ve been on my vitamins and supplements, I think that’s why I’m so confused about what’s going on
