I saw this song live at the Body/Mind/Soul festival (Melbourne/Australia) around 2008 - 2010 - These guys captivated almost everyone there at the main stage... People at the stalls all left and gravitated to hear this amazing duo perform this song live for about 15 mins... I am blessed to have been there and seen/heard Mother Earth communicate through these two beautiful souls... Namaste...
As @teodoracheta notes above, the words are the Gayatri Mantra: Oṃ bhūr bhuvaḥ svaḥ tát savitúr váreṇ(i)yaṃ bhárgo devásya dhīmahi dhíyo yó naḥ pracodáyāt There are a variety of interpretations/translations of the literal translation: "May we attain that excellent glory of Savitar the god: So may he stimulate our prayers." Of the variations, I like those which read something like: We meditate on the glory of that Being who has produced this universe; may He enlighten our minds.
It is the Gayatri mantra, one of the interpretations is: Oh, Creator of the Universe! We meditate upon thy supreme splendor. May thy radiant power illuminate our intellects, destroy our sins and guide us in the right direction.
