@@rottisolanina Hello! This is Taneda's version(sung by Kengo Kora who played Taneda), and this was the special edition. You can only find this version's CD at Japanese auction sites such as "Yahoo!auction". You can download "Solanin" on iTunes, but the version is not as same as this one. It was sung by ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION.
Its amazing how taneda version sounds kind of melancholic but when meiko was singing this song on the stage it actually Felt as she would closing some chapter in her life which she actually has done, she went full on on the stage. Great performances from both actors.

19 as well, finished it a couple weeks ago gave me a glimpse into what adult life holds for me - the good and the bad was a very enjoyable read, would recommend everyone to give it a chance. It also made want to get into music which I've been wanting to do for a while

I believe the user "simeji 24" has the answer. He commented: "ソラニンのDVD特典ですね！ 映画で種田たちがレコード会社に送っているCDのパッケージそのままが特典でした！". I'm not sure, but I think he said it was a bonus from Solanin's live-action DVD.

Meiko's version is easily available on UA-cam. Just type "Solanin Meiko version" and you can probably see it as the first result. As for the album download, that I cannot say. There are certain websites where you can find OSTs for Japanese movies. Maybe you can try your luck there? You can download this song by using a UA-cam downloader. They're dime a dozen, so you can easily find one by searching on Google. As for where the track itself was, I think the pinned comment in Japanese tells us that it was included in the special edition DVD boxset.
