- Calculating salary from different sources is now available in #odoo. The common available method is to generate final "work entries" from either Attendance, OR from Planning or from simply Work Schedule.
In this video you can see how different employee's contract will differ to create work entries based on attendances, and from planning of employee or from work schedule assigned to them.
Define your work entries method during contract creation and then verify and validate those entries to generate final payslip.
In overtime hour I want to give employee 1.5%
example :-
if employee salary per hour is 10 rs and employee doing over time 1 hour extra, so want their extra hour is rs 15 .
what can I do ?
Calculation of overtime hours are given in the app settings. However to calculate its pay, you are required to create a salary rule with a condition. You may get some third party modules or you can create a rule on your own if you know python rule and object
Hi, thanks for your video. i just want to ask for example, this person attend only for 1 day, that is 7 hours.. but somehow they got paid all 20k salary. i thought the video was salary based on attendance, as in they work for 1 day, they get paid 1 day? i hope you can make another videos about this.
In my video, I covered scenarios by manually updating attendance entries.
In reality, when payroll criteria is based on attendance and you make hourly salary then Odoo will generate salary entries based on daily attendance only. You can try yourself by generating manual attendance for 1 day and see the impact.
Any option in community ?

Odoo Community Edition doesn't have a payroll module. You are requested to find apps on the Odoo app store.
