    Click New to create a new time off type.
    Essential Settings:
    Name: Clearly define the type of leave, such as "Vacation," "Sick Leave," "Personal Day," etc.
    Take Time Off: Select the unit used to track this leave (e.g., Days, Hours, Half Days).
    Kind of Time Off: Choose whether the leave counts as "Absence" (reducing working hours) or "Working Time" (not impacting work hours, like training days).
    Allocation Settings:
    Allocation Type: Here, you define how leave is granted to employees:
