My first visit to Japan, we stayed in toyosu. Its very beautiful and quiet compared to other parts of Tokyo. Enjoyed the food by the port, walking along the canal and shopping at lalaport. The cafeteria has really diverse options in terms of food. If you are at the docks just outside the lalaport around sunset, there is a crane that will light up in defferent colors.

Thanks for showing us another part of the city. I am not that much interested in fish but everything was nice to watch. That boat full of well arranged vegetables and fruits is really something unique. So many nice indoor and outdoor spaces - everything well cultivated. In the end you could enjoy your beloved sea food meal, as well. Just bravo for your hard work which has been blessed with fine weather although during the rainy season. There is no doubt it is always fun to joyn to your adventures. Let's hope for more others to come. GAAOO!!!!

Hey Rion! Thanks for the video. I was in Japan in February and visited both Toyosu and Tsukiji. I think if you are looking for a fun experience, I think Tsukiji Outer Market is probably a little more in line with that. The street food, the restaurant, the shopping, etc. Most of Toyosu is the business side of it. The market and restaurant areas are cool, but those aren't really that special. If there was one thing you should see at Toyosu, it'd be the auctions and information/displays around it. That's just my opinion anyways. Take care everyone!

I plan on visiting some of the “newer” areas of Tokyo during my upcoming trip and was wondering if Ariake might be an interesting video suggestion? Also, I did hear that Toyosu is getting a 24-hour, Edo-themed onsen spa complex, opening in Feb 2024. Would be great to see you shooting a video there…or perhaps we might even run into each other ☺️ Please keep up the great work - love your videos enormously.!ガオー!🦁🐯

But you have no idea how happy it made me to see Rion go down the slide at the playground lol! XD because that was literally the first question I had. Can adults play on the playgrounds in Japan?
