Good news from Ren,...He's doing so well with his treatment that he's moving back to the UK imminently.🎉❤ This is exciting news, albeit he isn't cured and will be on heavy doses of meds and checking in with his doctors in Calgary regularly.
I'm truly humbled that you all recommended him to my channel..in a way I needed to hear and watch this music video. So thank you again for reaching out 🙌
He is a true gem. Such an unbelievable talent. He is genre bending and expanding beyond known genre's, he is an artist, a showman. Ren is a most definitely a gift. I'm not fan boy or anything and I don't worship artists/actors like some but I found Ren about 4 years ago and getting to watch him blow up like he did honestly made me feel good. Even in his early stuff with Trick The Fox you can see that raw talent. Also, good reaction mate.
Especially because of his love of the reaction community. He acknowledged that Hi Ren wouldn't have been as big of a hit without them numerous times. Such a real one.
Ren is a well read, deep thinker with a passion for music. He doesn't follow genre's, he's independent, he makes his own beats and produces his own music. He does a lot of 1 take, live videos. He has a difficult history, illness, psychosis, misdiagnosis and almost a decade later, an accurate diagnosis... Lyme disease. Then treatment, and treatment, and more treatment. He's in Canada now in treatment. He released a #1 album with no promotion, touring or radio assistance, while undergoing treatment and not even in his home country. He has a VERY dedicated fan base and we love watching people discover him. Welcome to the RENegades.
Much love and respect goes to him & his team! I've had others tell me about his health misfortunes, along with backstory of hardships. My best wishes go out to him. As a Cinematographer myself, I understand the amount of hard work, dedication that goes into producing such content but I really do enjoy the Cinematography Storytelling and overall message of this video. I look forward to checking out more of his work ❤️
RENegades Assemble, the Ren rabbit hole is a deep dive that will leave you speechless, amazed and wanting more, the hardest thing for you is going to be trying to not watch more of Ren before you react,
I've got my playlist ready to go! And yes you are absolutely right....I'm dying because I want to watch them so bad lol 😭 but I made a promise to watch with you all. I keep my promises 🤞
Ha Yes!!! You can always tell when it’s not a first time reaction. The fact that you are months behind the many reactors that bumped up their followers by 1,000s when they began reacting to Ren songs…is a refreshing experience . I very much enjoyed your raw journey of Hi Ren, as I could tell you had No idea where this was going. And wasn’t that a Trip! Can tell that you are a heartman and his message spoke to you. Looking forward to watching you carry on down the amazing, unique, extremely talented Ren path❣️
His category is Ren. There is no one like him. You will hear a lot of his influences in his music. He seems to grab from all genres to make his own music that sounds familiar yet so different. Hopefully the Renegades will decend upon this video and lift yet another boat in Ren's high tide. #RenMakesMusic If you're open to suggestions, i would say either one of the next two trilogies The Tales of Jenny, Screech, and Violet or The Money Game 1, 2, and 3 The tales all at once. Money Game definitely one at a time. They're lengthier
I appreciate the suggestions! Yes I completely agree with you on his originality 💯 I'm so glad you all suggested this one of a kind artist! Thank you again for watching
@@Cinematic_Jesse Also from Texas...Howdy! I know it sounds like hyperbole, and I don't know if you've listened to more Ren since this, but jwarrior is right. Ren is a category of his own. It's a deep and rewarding rabbit hole. Enjoy the journey should you choose to take it!
Just a suggestion when you get to Money Game 1,2 and 3. For number 2 the lyric video is much more interesting. The one of him singing is just him walking on the beach. He defies genre since he may have more than one or two in the same song. The only thing true I have yet to find a single song I don’t like. He used to belong to a group named Big push and if you go back far enough he was in Trick the Fox. He has several duets and many films of him busking with a variety of others. I would suggest chalk outlines with Chinchilla, For Joe and to get more details in the three parts watch Suicide, Dominoes and finally Freckled angels. He use portions of each in his memorial to his best friend Joe. This will also allow you to pick up on things in many of his songs about Joe.
This video was shot in the basement of a friend's flat without permission. They were caught by the manager and given 30 minutes to leave. They were able to do 4 takes. The vocal is alll one of those takes and the video is a patchwork of the 4. Ren said he was just lucky his internal metronome was on point that evening.
Now that is one story for the ages! 💯 WOW i am truly impressed....the man took a chance, got what they needed...makes a masterpiece with his team ❤️ thank you for sharing this with me. Much love from Texas
Ren loves one shot, one take videos. He will film the video start to finish 100 times to find the 1 he likes. Murderer and Animal Flow are good examples. There are no cuts, one continuous shot.
@@Cinematic_JesseRen's got several stories for the ages. The video for "Animal Flow" has a few. Cinematographer Samuel Perry-Falvey was very concerned about losing his equipment to squatters.
Ren is something else. His heart is amazing, his personality is beyond brilliant, and the more you know the more impressive his art is. He's a genre bender and fearless when it comes to his music. Cinematic recommendations: Animal flow (though it's a little weird first watch), Genesis, Illest of Our Time... but if you love movies in general, I call Loosing It his "pop-culture easter egg hunt"! Enjoy the Rabbit Hole & the Renegade community!
I was really amazed and very impressed with REN the Cinematography, Storytelling and just overall msg from the video. I will add the videos you suggested to my list of reactions! Thank you for the suggestions 😉 I am a Cinematographer out of Texas so watching these types of videos are just a breathe of fresh air....I just enjoy locating new Genres to listen to and this was one of. Hope to see you on the next video ❤
Ren's last live video, his most ambitious project, is Money Game part 3. His co-director is also his cinematographer. The storytelling and Cinematography are stunning in my opinion and many others. It's a live one shot with one cut and can stand alone, but you'd be missing some context without 1 & 2 (the lyric video only) . Ren has been dubbed the Tarantino of music by some of his fans and is a multi hyphenated artist. He raps, sings plays multiple instruments, including piano directs and produces most of his music. Thanks
Yeah I've had others reach out and kinda gave me a road map to go down this rabbit hole. Money Game has been added to the list! So I didn't mention this in the video but I'm actually a Cinematographer out of Texas, so going down the REN catalogue is right up my alley....I have you all to thank for bringing him to my channel! My hat goes off to him, his team...I cannot wait to see more 🎬
@@Cinematic_Jesse when you finish the Money Game trilogy( part 2 needs the lyric video!) after part 3, something special you will really enjoy is the reactor Knox Hill does an interview with Sam, cinematographer that.he takes everyone through the video about how the got the shots they did!!! It’s so interesting! Great job with this 1st Ren!
So glad you found Ren. He is Welsh. Enjoy as you travel his journey through autoimmunity (Lyme disease) the suicide of his mate Joe and his world views on greed ,money and religion. (The Money Game trilogy) He refreshing and a creative voice ❤ and unlike others he is thought provoking and intelligent.
I'm thankful you all recommended him to my channel 🙏 the talent is real....the message really caught me off guard but in the best way possible! I look forward to hearing more about REN thank you for reaching out 🙌
Ren has gone (and continues to go) through an incredibly difficult time both physically and mentally. This performance isn't from some hypothetical perspective. This is a window he provided so we can get a glimpse into what many people live with. And a helluva performance it is.
hello dear! ren is the king of live/one takes. i think they did 4 takes of this song and picked this one. awesome, huh? i love it when ren 'goes dark', as you said!!!!!!! it's one of my fav parts of him. yummmm.......bitter sweet like the best chocolate. i hope you will join the ranks of the renegades, a giant band of mostly sick/crazy people that recognize one of our own in ren. but ren doesn't just do dark, he does everything, extremely well. welcome to the fam. kathleen bts rendgade
Thank you for welcoming me to the renegade family! I promise not to let you down 🤞 I know I've got a long way to go but I'm in it for the LONG HAUL 🙌 someone just told me about his one takes and I'm just thrilled 😁 to hear that. God Bless
He’s dubbed “bardcore” loves to tell stories like those back in Middle Ages entertaining on the street just him and guitar. He’s definitely a wordsmith. ❤
Buckle up! Ren is one of the best rabbit holes to discover. After a few more masterpieces, you'll say what we all say, "Is there anything he can't do?"
First time I heard this, I sat in an absolutely stunned silence for the first 8 minutes or so. Then, out of nowhere, suddenly BURST into tears. And I’m NOT much of a crier. At all. Then I listened to it on repeat for about an hour and then shared it with my husband and kids. Absolutely stunning. Exquisite. A once in a generation ARTIST. ☮️♥️
Ren does it all. He raps, sings, plays guitar and piano, beatboxes and creates all his works. 'Hi Ren' ia a one-take on the sound, however, the video is cuts from multiple one-takes. He and the cameraman only had 30 minutes to work so got 4 full shots. Ren is basically telling a story here for us. Even the hooting singing at the beginning is contrasted by the full throated passion of the latter part of the work. So much more for you to discover. I suggest you watch 'Sick Boi' next since it is always the path for newbies to Ren. Then hit 'Seven Sins' for an understanding of his true pain from disease and psychosis. You will love his music. Others will explain the details of his illness; it was and still is profound. You see other artists talk about the pain of their life or their upbringing, but none come close to the horror of Ren's struggle. It is his struggle that may have truly made him the amazing person and artist he is today.
Seriously thank you for all the information about REN and some insight of behind the scenes. I'm very impressed by him and his team! Honestly the more the video went on I started to hear the pain in his voice as he was unfolding his story. I will do some more digging on REN but with what you told me I have a bit of understanding where he's coming from. Thank you again for the feedback and suggestions, I'll add them to the list. God bless
As a kid who grew up listening to the musicals my father wrote, that to this day are performed all over the world, I can tell you Ren like Jacob Collier is a once in a generation artist. There is no way no way at all to explain to you how talented and diverse he is. Either watch it all and be amazed or move on and miss out. He will be remembered.
Much love and respect to your father ☺️ I would have to agree about REN he's definitely one of a kind. Nothing but good vibes from him and all his Renegades 💯
If you do the tales of Jenny and screech make sure you do the full version trilogy Jenny screech and finally violet's tale in that order otherwise it won't make sense 13 minutes of 🧠💥 great reaction... welcome to the Ren rollercoaster enjoy the ride ✌️
I'll be sure to go in that order! I cannot wait to check out more of his work....yeah it seems I've got a long rollercoaster lol but I'll be sure to go down the rabbit hole as instructed by you fine folks. 🤞
Hi proud RENegade here ❤ i highly enjoyed your reaction! Subbed for more Ren reactions. I suggest the full Tale of Jenny and Screech, with Violets Tale 😊 looking forward to more!
Thank you for being here and subbing to the channel 😊 your feedback is much appreciated! You all are the reason I do these reactions. I've added the videos you've suggested to my Future reactions 🤞 so I promise to get to them. Stay tuned my friend ☺️
Agree that you should check out all of ren but the tales of Jenny and screech. Ren has put the 3 tales in one that is 13 minutes long. It's a must to do them together.
Please stop using RENegades, the cringe factor is off the charts, and I will forever be a fan of Ren, I don't won't to be known as a RENegade, no one does. #NoMoreCringeFanNames
Welcome to the Ren rabbit hole! He is known for his live, one-take videos like this one. He defies genres. He can sing, rap, play guitar, piano along with many other instruments, makes his own beats, beatboxes, and can do pretty much everything. Ren is also a master storyteller. The Tales of Jenny and Screech (full version including Violet's Tale) are well worth checking out. Looking forward to more Ren reactions ❤❤
I am 60. My musical story begins at 13 years old with David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust. My parents listened to Rolling Stones, Desmond Dekker and Lou Reid. I went on to fall in love with Punk Rock. I experienced Led Zeppelin. Rainbow, Guns and Roses, the Clash, and the Cure. New York Dolls, Iggy Pop T-Rex. The Who ( Quadrophenia) Then came the Police. Madness, Blur, Oasis, Pulp, Radio Head. … Here I am with Ren. He is the greatest artist I have ever witnessed. He is a genius. I thought the music was over. At 60 I had lost faith. Ren invented a new genre and I'm here for every beautiful moment of this journey. I love books and movies too. He is well-read and weaves the most amazing stories into his songs. It’s pure poetry and art. He is the Tarantino of music videos. He is Andrew Llyod Webber ( Phantom of the Opera) Roman Polanski ( The Tenant) and my favourite Puccini Opera ( Madame Butterfly) He is all of this. I'm old now, but I feel young. I say proudly I am a Renegade ❤️ Enjoy your journey. You too will be under REN’s ( and Sam’s) spell.
Thank you for sharing! Most of the artists you mentioned I've also listened to since I was younger. I'm 38 years young ☺️ so most of those kinda went over my head. But respectfully thank you again for sharing your love for music and all the various Genres that we have all been blessed to listen to. REN is truly one of those generational artists that comes once in a lifetime and I'm humbled to be here and witness such artistry! Take care and God bless 😊
@@Cinematic_Jesse Thank you for responding. The only one I forgot was Stanley Kubrick. Watch the scene from The Shining. Where it looks like a one shot video. The little boy riding his bike down that beautiful hallway. I believe the camera mounted on the bike. As a cinematographer you should watch it. It’s a beautiful shot. I bet Ren knows that shot. 💜
I think the mic went under the strap but since they had multiple cameras and each had a microphone Ren has the ability to mix the hell out of it. He mentions how he goes through great lengths in mixing in other videos in an interview I saw.
Ren's fan base includes but not limited to, ALL ages, races, religions, genders, etc, etc, etc!!! He n the youtube reactors have an amazing respect for each other...His fanbase is unheard-of compared to anyone else on the planet...Totally independent, humble, wanting humans to do better...No backing of any sort from the greedy muzic industry...Making history on being the only artist to not only chart but make #1 on the (UK charts) with no touring, radio airplay, corporate money, just word of mouth from youtube reactors, internet fans from around the world 🌍🌎🌏 The RENegades😊 All this while during treatment in Canada...His health n mental issues are gut wrenching to learn about ...Yet this has helped to shape this extraordinary human being.. Welcome to the rabbit hole of Ren...Enjoy😊🫶💝 New subscriber 😊
Ren defies definition. You will find that it is impossible to put him a box. And we are RENegades. Lol. Welcome to Ren's world. This is a one shot performance.
Great reaction! I look forward to your further exploration of Ren. The Renegades will undoubtedly have further suggestions for you, but since you are into the cinematic world, I would suggest the trilogy - Tale of Jenny-Screech-Violet next.
I will add it to my list of Future reactions for REN! Thank you for reaching out and for the suggestions 💡 REN is literally in his own category! Very Poetic and I cannot wait to see more 🎬
Ren gives the Gift of Understanding and is such a Master at his Craft fits in not 1 Genre in Every single one and then some. Welcome to The Rollercoaster Ride of Ren. Your channel is going to Blow up so Enjoy. ❤
Welcome to Ren's world you have opened that door now and boy is there alot of suprises in store for you if you dare to enter for more... Its a long way down to the rabbit hole Alice... 🐰🕳️🖤 Enjoy 🙂🙃😄 love your reaction ❤ the Renegades will guide you to safety 🤗
Welcome to the Ren Rollercoaster! Enjoy the ride my friend...... It's one of the craziest you'll watch. Ren, Chinchilla, Sam Tompkins, The Big Push and all his friends are incredible musicians! Ren is my therapist and these reaction videos are my therapy sessions so thank you and I hope you do more Ren!
Hi! Thanks for your reaction to Hi Ren.😊 I'm sure you must be feeling a bit overwhelmed by us all, but Ren has cultivated a loyal following not just because of his amazing music but because of his journey and who he is as a person. In the current world we live in, someone like Ren is a rarity. You'll hopefully see what I mean soon. What I'd like to add for you info as you react, is that Ren is totally independent and doesn't have a 'team' as such (although now he may have as he's grown so much so quickly). Ren has friends like Sam or Luke who does his videography, Viktus who is the pig guy etc... Ren does all the production himself, he does most of his beats (sometimes he samples) plus the post sound editing, location, etc..His videos are usually done on a shoestring budget and as such, super creative. The only video that cost more than £2k is Money Game 3. All the others were below that figure. As you react don't worry about lengthy videos or going back. Ren's songs are complex and sometimes require listening to bits again and again. We only ask you rewind a few seconds before you move on so as not to miss anything. Because his music is so packed, we also don't recommend speaking over him if you can avoid it. This is definitely a way to miss something important especially if you watch The Tales of Jenny and Screech (and Violet). Lastly, Ren loves reactors, so don't worry about copyright problems with him. All u have to do is challenge it if you get one and he will personally take it off for you. 😊 Looking forward to seeing more Ren reactions. ❤
Definitely an artist that can not be defined by one song. He does his art pieces like this, but also has more main stream tracks with beats and other instruments. 🤘
I respect it! It's not every day I run into an artist like REN and I'm so glad you all introduced him to my channel. I've got a lot of catching up to do 💯
One cool thing is lots of us earlier folks were first introduced to ren through this song. The ride from here can go many ways but might I recommend sick boy , then chalk outlines. No wrong way to go with this man… also please react to his 1 million followers to better understand his fan base. Or… throw a dart at his playlist 😂.
I believe I have like 20 playlists thrown at me from multiple people 😂 so wish me luck as I try to piece this puzzle of reactions together lol kidding! I think I have somewhat of a road map to go off of but that's a lot of catching up to do 😬
Ren performs many different genres, but this storytelling style we call Bardcore. The 13.5 minute trilogy video on his channel called "Tales Of Jenny & Screech (& Violet)" is a great example. He and his filmmaker friend Sam Perry-Falvey are masters of the one take. This was take 4 before they got thrown out of the building. Anyone who says you can't be creative with next to no money, show them this. The lights flickering with the dark personality was so effective. Yes it was live with a few mikes and painstakingly patched and tweaked in post. Ren came to popular attention just over a year ago with this, and got a well-deserved and seemingly impossible number one album 'Sick Boi' last October despite no record label or performances - he remains in Canada getting stem-cell treatment to try and repair the neurological damage caused by years of misdiagnosis and neglect of lyme disease. His chronic pain is all too real. The pig mask is a reoccuring theme. He's a world-class lyricist and rapper, musician, producer, and you should check our his raps and rock music, as well as his live street performances with his band, The Big Push. He's been a joy to millions of new fans this past year and fingers crossed we'll get new music from him soon.
I'm here for all the Cinematic Storytelling! Alot of the songs you've mentioned are on my list to react to. I've got a ways to go lol but I promise to get to them ASAP....his Cinematographer is on point! Much respect to REN and his team.
@@Cinematic_Jesse Do yourself a favor and react to "Crutch" by Ren. He wrote it at the height of his illness and it is a masterpiece of emotion. It contains a brief vocal stint by his then GF Bibi that is both sensual and methodic. The cinematography is breathtaking and the song is hauntingly beautiful. The surprise explosion of Ren's gut-wrenching vocals near the end will leave you speechless and give you the chills. There is a short little paragraph that Ren asks his viewers to read before watching the video. I am shocked it hasn't been reacted to more. It's literally every man's silent fear, wondering if his woman will stay with him if he becomes incapacitated. His lyrics, "My love I give to you, every single inch of my soul while it bleeds" just f*cking phenomenal! Ren is a genius when it comes to conveying his emotions through his music. Frankly, I'm surprised it hasn't been played on every radio station - but then again, no one really even knew who Ren was until "Hi Ren" hit the UA-cam scene almost a year ago. Sadly, I think this is one of his older songs that fell through the cracks as he shot to fame. So please help us bring this masterpiece to the forefront where it belongs, because it's one of his best!
Welcome to the wonderful world of ren!where you can always expect the unexpected! Rens genre is: Ren😂 he basically does anything and everything. Its a fun rabbit hole to fall down, i hope to see you at the bottom 🕳🐇👋🤣💜💜
Ren is a unique artist - if you decide to travel through his world you will find equally unique treasures! His genre is not assigned to any genre, he is so versatile that you rarely see these days. Enjoy your trip👈 I would first like to say thank you - for your disbelieving look, not knowing whether you like what you see and hear - and then at the end to express your full respect! I liked this - new sub from me Greetings from Germany 👏👏👏👍🤝🙋♀️
That look of disbelief was me being blown away! I was truly captivated by not only what I was watching but hearing. It really caught me off guard in the best way possible and now I cannot wait to check out more of his work. Thank you for your honest feedback, I really enjoy making new friends and having these types of conversations! Makes my day tbh 🤞 much love from Texas 💪❤️
I'm so glad you found Ren. Things will never be the same... just look at your subscription numbers and already you will see that with Ren comes change. He's changing the world as he changes each of us, one by one. Welcome! You're gonna' love it here! Thanks for a wonderful reaction!
Thank you for watching!!! In all fairness. . .I believe REN found me 🙌 it was because of all of his loyal fans that brought him to me. Everything happened just the way it was supposed to and now here we are my friend. ☺️ Much love from Texas
New to your channel, Ren has no gender of music limitations, he makes his art many forms, he writes, plays many instruments, sings, raps, everything! I really enjoyed your reaction, I hope you check out more of his music….welcome to the Ren rabbit hole ❤
Oh dude you're in for a treat. You'll be blown away by his versatility and one take videos. For tips on what to watch next: The tale of Jenny and Screech, Money game part 1,2 and 3 and for some incredible chemistry, watch Ren & Chinchilla's How to be me. I wish I was in your position, because there's so much that will move you seeing it for the first time. I' wanna see you in awe with probably every single video you'll watch. Cherish the experiences you're about to take in when you dive into this master of storytelling. Thanks for the reaction. Hope you will do more.
I've got most of the songs you mentioned on a REN reaction mega list! So I promise you, there is more REN to come 💯 thank you still for the recommendations 💪
My brother went full screen because he teared up a little. I love it man. When he stands up, it catches me every time. Good stuff. Ren is such an eclectic artist and has so much great music. Enjoy the ride if you take it. Also, as for what to listen to next, its so hard to say because he has some really awesome music but his "Money Game" trilogy is awesome, both 1 and 3 are very well done videos with great story arcs and cinematics, number 2 is a lyric video. His other trilogy, "The Tale Of Jenny And Schreech" and "Violets tale" are excellent too. ""Animal Flow" is very cool video as well as "Sick Boy". He also has a bunch of other one take videos or videos in that style that are not as theatrical but still very well done and the music is superb. Probably my favorite song by Ren is "Chalk Outlines" with Chinchilla, the live version and his other song with her is fucking beautiful too, "How To Be Me" Live version as well.. Man, all his music is great in its own way and I don't say that lightly. One of the few, maybe only artists that I will never skip a song of on an album or playlist. "Ocean" With Eden Nash, "Insomnia", "Genesis", "Life Is Funny"... Shit man i can go on and on..."Love Music" all 4 parts, "Hold On", "Suicide".... LOL, so much amazing music. Its a trip.
I really appreciate your feedback! Yeah I'm not gonna lie I got teary eyed a couple times but I kind of hid myself with going full screen 😔 cause those lyrics just hit too close to home ...as a person who has dealt with mental illness with my family and myself....it's kind of a trigger but I'm truly thankful to have been introduced to REN....I was just meant to see this. Alot of the songs you mentioned I've added to my playlist. I honestly cannot wait to see them. Thank you still for the recommendations my friend and joining me on this journey. 🙌 God bless you and the family ☺️
I love being able to "relive" seeing/hearing this for the first time. Looking forward to your journey that is Ren (and The Big Push, I hope)'s catalogue.
Welcome to the movement that is Ren. Follow this amazing journey, deep dive into his rabbit hole. We are RENegades. Welcome. Everyone is giving you great songs to react to. Listen to 'For Joe,' live version.
You'll also find that whether you agree or disagree. With his lyrics, he talks about the hard topics and makes you think and makes you feel. New sub. I love your perspective and comments on the cinematography. Samuel is a super talented and highly artistic cinematographer. Sam+Ren=Magic. Every Damn Time.
Awesome I loved everything about it.i would buy his album it's a song that shows he's an artist a True artist not just any singer that reads words and sings , he's one that shows his talent as true art. I will always remember REN, I can't get enough, REN your Brilliant
I'm 59, grew up with the Best of the Best in music, and am a "music freak"!! I am blown away by Ren. I am somewhat obsessed... Nice reaction!! Subbed to follow your Ren journey! 😊 Much Love! ❤
Nice incisive reaction. I feel you would be interested in Ren speaking about the filming of this piece. He did a "Tea Time interview" with the Charismatic voice, about 2hr 15mins into the interview he speaks about the 30 minute window they had to film/record this.
I'm most likely going to watch it sometime this weekend! Thank you for reaching out...you guys are true legends in my book with the amount info you posess...I love it 💯
I only wanted to add that Ren has done several rather long interviews with other reactors, each with their own perspective. Justin Hawkins Rides Again was the first. You can see the difference in his communication skills and demeanor between then and Zach Sang and the Charismatic Voice, which is the most recent. Zach Sang is my favorite but CV is very detailed. Also enjoyed Knox Hill and Black Pegasus.
I like your energy man. You earned a sub from me! Can't wait to see you discover more Ren. The Tale of Jenny & Screech trilogy video is a must see next.
That was a wonderful reaction to my favorite artist Ren! This song was so powerful, so raw and honest and the message is one that can help so many! Ren is a talented, diverse artist and musician! He sings, raps, beatboxes, tells stories, writes his songs, produces everything and plays several instruments! He is amazing and if you go down the rabbit hole, you will enjoy the ride! Loved your reaction, liked and subscribed 🎉🎉🎉😊
Thank you for being here new friend ☺️ I always enjoy reading all y'all's comments about yourself and the artist...so much information! I freaking love it 💯 thank you for sharing with me. I look forward to making more reactions to REN so stay tuned! Take care and God Bless 🙏
Ren is a once in a generation voice. It’s not just music talent, but seemingly limitless creativity, as well as wisdom forged through years of struggle. His “One Million Subscribers” video is worth watching, since he shares more of his ethos. He also has an incredible team around him, including Samuel Perry-Falvey who filmed this and many of his other one-shot videos.
He does it all a very versatile talented musician with very profound insights and messages, the cliche of changing the world through music the only difference is Ren pulls it off every time he just doesn't miss, you will thoroughly enjoy this rabbit hole, trust 😂
I must not forget. . .we must not forget. . .that we are Human beings ❤
REN:
Don't give up on Ren. This man is a musical genius and every song will blow your mind in one way or another
Good news from Ren,...He's doing so well with his treatment that he's moving back to the UK imminently.🎉❤ This is exciting news, albeit he isn't cured and will be on heavy doses of meds and checking in with his doctors in Calgary regularly.
You will find, especially as a reactor, that Ren is a gift that keeps on giving.

Also, good reaction mate.
Ren is LITERALLY a godsend! I don't remember life before discovering him. Even if that sounds dramatic, it's true.
Thats a fact!!
Especially because of his love of the reaction community. He acknowledged that Hi Ren wouldn't have been as big of a hit without them numerous times. Such a real one.
Ren is unlike any artist you have ever seen or heard. He is an absolute genius. Enjoy this journey.
I look forward to this journey!

You’ll love the Money Game 1,2,3 Number 3 is like a mini movie done in one take.
Ren will blow your mind..the tales Jenny Screech and Violet tales.. Money Game Trilogy..I mean his catalogue is immense..subbed
I cannot wait to check out this catalogue! I've saved all the recommended videos you all have shared. Thank you for watching and showing support ❤️
Please watch tales as the full three videos in one, it should be the newest one on the series and for money game part 2 definitely do the lyric video.
I hope 'Money Game part 3' is on that playlist@@Cinematic_Jesse Its right up your alley
Renegade has come here!!
Ren is the most dynamic artist working today. He will never stop surprising you!
That's a fact!!
I can see that! The originality is just unparalleled 💯
His category is Ren. There is no one like him. You will hear a lot of his influences in his music. He seems to grab from all genres to make his own music that sounds familiar yet so different.
Hopefully the Renegades will decend upon this video and lift yet another boat in Ren's high tide. #RenMakesMusic
If you're open to suggestions, i would say either one of the next two trilogies
The Tales of Jenny, Screech, and Violet
or The Money Game 1, 2, and 3
The tales all at once.
Please also check out the big push..
BARDCORE SIR!
REN is every genre plus some you’ve never heard of ❤ Ren was also in a band called the Big Push. All excellent musicians and singers
Also Trick the Fox
I've got to try and catch up! I've been under a rock not knowing about REN lol thank you for watching 💯
@@asmodeus5326 thanks, I didn’t realize they had that channel up
@@Cinematic_Jesse If you keep going you will find that Ren IS a genre. No two songs are alike. Buckle up and enjoy the journey!
Don’t jump into the REN rabbit hole unless you’re prepared to be changed for ever!
@@Cinematic_Jessehaha yep, for many of his one take live videos he believes it’s better to ask for forgiveness instead of permission 😼
You can calibrate your metronome to this song. Spectacular performance for sure.
@@Cinematic_JesseRen's got several stories for the ages. The video for "Animal Flow" has a few. Cinematographer Samuel Perry-Falvey was very concerned about losing his equipment to squatters.
He stands for mental health!
That's freaking awesome! This video resonated with me on so many levels. 💯
@@Cinematic_Jesse Same here, it hit me hard when I first listened to it ❤
Highly recommend... Shinedown, A Symptom Of Being Human
Beautiful song 🎵
I'm a 70 year old Scot and I love everything Ren does. I look forward to seeing you dive deeper into Ren. You'll love it! Great reaction btw.
Thank you for being here with us my new friend. Much love and respect from Texas
The genre is ART. Pure ART.
So much variety and artistic majesty to wallow in. Ren is the talent of his generation.
I suggest watching all three parts back-to-back.
Hahaha! I've been following Ren for a year and *still* don't know what genre he is!
MORE REN❣
Welcome to the Ren rabbit hole! Ren has layers. Surprises around every corner. Hold on! You are in for a rollercoaster ride! 🥰
Welcome to the RENaissance. Brace yourself and enjoy! 🌻❤️
God Bless
@@Cinematic_Jesse 😁😄😁
A genre for Ren? LOL...
Enjoyed the reaction, good format, sound, editing, etc.
Hahaha yeah I found out he is apparently in a GENRE of his own 🙌 thank you for watching and for the feedback.
@@Cinematic_Jesse seeing as it was mentioned, your sound was good, the video sound was a little too low
He’s dubbed “bardcore” loves to tell stories like those back in Middle Ages entertaining on the street just him and guitar. He’s definitely a wordsmith. ❤
Thanks for the feedback! I normally never let my recording levels peak but I'll make sure to crank it just a hair more 🎬
Ren is his own genre :)
Buckle up! Ren is one of the best rabbit holes to discover. After a few more masterpieces, you'll say what we all say, "Is there anything he can't do?"
Someone commented on another reaction: “Ren is the genre.”
God bless
@@Cinematic_Jesse Ren's 'team' is basically his mates !!
DAMN RIGHT:) -and he will not ever be forgotten.
Ren is definitely a once in a lifetime artist! I am 53! He is the only GREATNESS I have found since Ronnie Radke in 2014!! I am so obsessed !!!

Welcome to the Renaverse. We are here to guide you.
Welcome to the world of Ren❤
He very special. He needs to be protected at all costs.
OK OK you got A Renegade sub
Much appreciated 💯
I say proudly I am a Renegade ❤️
Enjoy your journey.
Welcome to the world of Ren, enjoy the journey. I have followed him for 11 years. and never disappointed.
Welcome to the world of Ren, he is in a genre all of his own have fun going down the Ren rabbit hole and be prepared for surprise ❤
Thank you for welcoming me!;☺️
I've got a lot of catching up to do 💯
Welcome to The World of Ren
Thank you for having me 🙌
One cool thing is lots of us earlier folks were first introduced to ren through this song.

Ren IS his own genre! ❤
Sure is! 💯
#bardcore that’s the name of the genre we’ve given Ren
It works! 🤷 💯
I like your energy man. You earned a sub from me! Can't wait to see you discover more Ren.
The Tale of Jenny & Screech trilogy video is a must see next.
Hey I really appreciate the support and feedback! I've got a whole playlist of reactions dedicated to REN 🙂 stay tuned my friend.
We are the the New “ Reneration”
🙌 sweet
Ren is a genre ALL his own! 🤘🏽😉

Welcome to the world of Ren. The rabbit hole starts here.!!!❤❤
He is a talent we are lucky to see once in a generation.
I would have to agree my friend ☺️

A work of art.
The best rabbit hole I have ever gone down. Been on this ride for a little over a year. Enjoy the great talent!!
Already enjoying my time here and I just started! 😁 No doubt....he's obviously talented artist 💯
